10/10 Exceptional
Lovely apartment
This is in a huge apartment complex. Here are the highlights.
1. Very clean
2. Has the basics, i.e. wine glasses, opener, cutting board, dishes, knives, pot holders, etc.
3. Bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner.
4. There is a balcony, albeit it looks at the parking lot, but has two chairs and table.
5. Pool is very nice, and there was hardly anyone there. There was a beach towel in our closet
6. The refrigerator has both ice and water is the door.
7. There is a kuerig coffe pot, there are also coffee pods, sugar, and tea.
8. It was very quiet
9. There is an iron and ironing board.
10. Right around the corner is wonderful Legions Brewery with great food.
11. The soaking tub is great.
12. While there is only a three drawer dresser in the walk-in closet, the closet is big enough to lay all suitcases down.
13. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and there is laundry detergent.
Cons:
1. There are no baking dishes.
2. It is not really near anything unless you drive.
3. The Wi-Fi is horribly slow, so if you need to work, this would not be the place for you.
4. There are no live TV channels. You must stream everything on the Roku TV. Fortunately some former occupants logged in and left their log in credentials on there so we could watch some channels. Also because of the slow internet connection, some of it would not stream.
5. Until you actually get into the unit, there are a lot of codes to use. (One for the door into the building, one for the gate into the parking lot, one for the unit itself.)
6. There were only 5 hangers in the unit.
Overall, it is most definitely better than a hotel for the same price. There is plenty of space. Whenever we had a problem, we just texted and someone got back to us immediately.
