This is my first time staying at a Kasa operated apartment rental. If you don't like interacting with people the virtual check-in is wonderful. The apartment was very clean. Hand behind the gate I was happy to see there was way more parking than needed. My only complaint about the inside of the apartment what was the lack of window coverings. The only window treatments are frau wood 2" blinds. They are undersized leaving giant gaps along the sides and center of the windows. There are no curtains or room darkening roller shades. How do you use extra bed linens and clothes pins to cover the window to feel safe enough to get completely undressed before bed.

I had a great stay at Kasa! The location has great access to Uptown Charlotte but still a quiet area. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Apartment was great, only issue was that thermostast is smart and at 3am heater went up to 80 and I had to wake up and lower the temperature, also the beds were not comfortable.

They’re starting to let this property deteriorate slightly, nothing major but we had little things in our unit that should have been checked and repaired by maintenance prior to our arrival ( and this is not the first time). Needless to say overall this will continue to be our go to for vacations in Charlotte for the near future!

Was traveling from FL to NJ and decided to stay here for a couple days. No issues really. Was skeptical of it because of the virtual part but wasnt an issue at all. Rooms are spacious and TV’s are huge. Better than an hotel in my opinion because you could airplay. Was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to chill and crash our heads. Walls are thin but no one was really making a lot of noise in the late hours. Would def stay here again

Likes: This is my 2nd visit to the Kasa. The accommodations are nice & clean, and inside the building smells nice . Inside is starting to look a little rundown, with scratches and scuffs on the hallway walls, and the carpet could use cleaning.
Dislikes: Someone was moving in on NYE above us, and was moving furniture until after 1am.

A great Christmas away from Home
I enjoyed the location and that it was in a gated area. The atmosphere was beautiful. The room was perfect with the perfect amenities for cooking as we did on Christmas. It felt like home away from home and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our first Christmas together. It was clean and neat. It had a patio for us to sit out on as well as a sitting area near the grill.
It was perfect for the price and we will definitely be staying again. I wish I had got pictures.
