10/10 Exceptional
I had a great stay at Kasa FreeMoreWest in Charlotte! The unit was super clean, modern, and looked exactly like the pictures. Check-in was smooth and easy with the codes they sent, and I loved that everything was contactless. The area felt safe and it was close to food spots and stores, which made everything convenient.
The space was perfect for our trip — comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and plenty of room to relax. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and I would definitely stay here again!
