Great little spot located right in the gaslamp. Worth choosing!

Good stay had a little trouble with the door at the beginning but besides that was a good stay

Great location in Gaslamp! Stay here if you want to explore Gaslamp Quarter restaurants and bars and/or attend a game at Petco Park. Great amenities and spacious rooms. It’s in between 2 restaurants so may be a bit noisy (depending on your room location). Hallways and elevators were a bit smelly and dirty. However the room was clean and price was very reasonable.

Location is perfect for catching a baseball game and exploring Gaslamp restaurants!

Cute room with plenty of space! Great location right downtown with plenty of things to do and places to eat. Check in and check out were easy.

Room has everything. Seven Eleven is around the corner. Convenient. Likes: Microwave, refrigerator is provided Dislikes: The room is located in an old building, and the main entrance was not locked.

I had a great stay! The accommodations were excellent — the location is right in downtown and within easy walking distance of Petco Park. Although it’s listed as a hotel, the room felt more like a spacious one-bedroom studio than a typical hotel room, which made it feel much more comfortable and homey. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting San Diego!

Could do a better job of describing how busy of an area it is in during the night. Was pretty chaotic in front of our door. Outside of that it was a great place for a great place and would recommend.

Even though my stay was short, they really made it worth while. I loved being in San Diego and I can’t wait to come back. This place might be a little noisy but if you want to be in the heart of the Gaslamp district, it’s an amazing option.

Kasa was a cute and quaint stay in a very good spot for Downtown. It was perfect for a spot to use as getting ready and sleeping for a night. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. There were notable things that made the place feel like it was not even cleaned thoroughly prior to check in. Besides that, it was an easy and nice stay if you just need a place to sleep and get ready.

Great stay for a small getaway close to everything downtown!

The gaslamp quarter of San Diego was fun and accessible to many things, either walking or taking public transportation. Fun scene that made us happy to be four floors up, as the neighborhood was hopping.

I had a pretty bad experience, there was no lock on the main entrance door where I then had to insert my finger into a metal hole with electric wires in it to get the door to open and only after several hours I was told it would be repaired until the next day (which it was not entirely fixed the next day). I was offered to stay at another one of their properties else where or receive a partial refund for one night (again only after several hours of trying to communicate with them.) The shower had mold in it. The hallway and elevator smelled of urine. The only pro to staying here was the location and being walking distance from several restaurants and bars. Would not recommend.

Amazing location 10/10!!! Perfect for the young crowd, In the heart of everything perfect if you like to walk and want to be close to a majority of things, was a little nervous with it being next to a club and the noise, but not a single chirp in the room and slept like a baby😴😴 only using this spot for now on!

Got a great deal, in the heart of gaslamp, I’m from San Diego so just a day trip if you will. Wouldn’t want to be here on Friday/Saturday unless you plan on just partying! Also great great location for partying

So glad I found this place! It was perfect for a weekend while I am in town visiting. It is nearby so many restaurants and the self-check in was simple and easy. The Kasa Team was helpful always

Location was right in the center of gaslamp. Great stay and would re-book

Only good thing was room was nice and clean other than that hallway just seemed dirty. Elevator was dirty and smelled was a bit noisy. Also there’s no parking on this property and it’s very difficult to find some. You have to park your car blocks away and leave it there no In-N-Out.

The elevator wasn’t working during our stay but otherwise it was good

A good place to stay if you want to be right in the action. Right next to some great places to eat and get drinks. Although its area would make you think this place isn’t peaceful, it very much is. Had everything I needed and the host was very responsive.

Wish we stayed longer! Such a cool spot and wonderful space. We were only there one night but loved it. Our room in specific was next to the district so it was noisy, but I love the sound of nightlife and my husband happily used the complimentary ear plugs without issue. Park in Park It on Market!! This saved us. Totally recommend if you want to be in the heart of the action!

Amazing place

Perfect place for going to Petco Park. I would recommend organizing your parking situation beforehand because most of the garages seemed to want online reservations. Right in the heart of gas lamp district, fun location to walk around! The host was super communicative and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable option in the area =)

In the centre of the Gaslamp quarter. The front door doesn’t lock leaving people off the street able to access the building, elevator and residents floors. Incredibly unsafe and unsettling for guests. I alerted this several times during my stay and nothing was done. They responded each time saying they will check, but never did. Good location but needs to be improved majorly

Will always be my go to place

Door code did not work when trying to enter building around midnight. Other people trying to enter building, asking if it was the speak easy. Door lock looked patched up after being kicked in.

Amazing stay, felt right at home easy to find super clear instructions. Amazing restaurants at a walking distance definitely will be re-booking in the near future !!!

Shower lacked pressure, but otherwise everything was amazing. Room was quiet despite being tucked in between two nightclubs.

Great cozy place, the location was very convenient, parking was not to far.
