Bars right below are open till 2 or 3am so it is very loud, but Kasa provides a sound machine and ear plugs which was great, I slept wonderfully. If you’re looking for peaceful and quiet, this is not your place, but it is a great spot for young people who want to go out at night.
When I arrived, there were stains on the bed sheets, a contact lens stuck to the bedside table, and a squished spider on the wall - I was disappointed. I notified Kasa and they took it very seriously and sent the cleaning staff over the next morning and even compe. The bathroom is very nice and large, great water pressure. They provide soaps lotions shampoos in the bathroom which was great. All kitchen appliances were clean and worked well. TV was large and worked excellently by casting from my cell phone. Wifi was a little spotty but OK, may not be great if trying to work from home. The kitchen had everything I needed, more utensils then I usually see at a studio stay.
