Reviews of Kasa Impala Miami BeachReviews of Kasa Impala Miami Beach

Small Room, Good Location Likes: The staff was nice and let us check in early. The restaurant next door gave us a discount for staying at that location and the food was delicious. The location was around the corner from the beach. Dislikes: Because we booked through booking we think we got a very tiny room. This is the second time we booked through booking.com and the room was small and undesirable for higher paying price customers . The room was very small. The window faced and alley .

Had a good stay at Kasa, especially because of location! Likes: Location is great! Dislikes: Mould on bedboard, bad state of towels/sheets (holes etc).

Great location and value! One room wasn't ready until after the ck in time. The only other issue/suggestion is no slip mats in tub or grab bar. My elderly parents had a rough time and washed up in sink. There is no ice machine either. Other than that the guy on site was very friendly and helpful with other things we needed. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and always quick to help whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back!

Likes: Velmi jsme ocenili milý a ochotný personál. Ubytování bylo čisté a dobře vybavené – k dispozici jsme měli ručníky, fén, žehličku i základní toaletní potřeby, což nám zpříjemnilo pobyt. Poměr ceny a kvality hodnotíme velmi pozitivně. Za danou cenu a v této lokalitě (blízko pláž, obchody, jídlo) šlo o opravdu velmi dobrou volbu. DOPORUČUJEME. Dislikes: Jedinou drobností byla trochu hlučnější klimatizace.

Great place to stay in Miami Beach Fell in love with the place the minute I got to the entrance gate. Super cute! At first I was a little hesitant about a virtual front desk, but any question I had was answered within a minute or two! All the directions and instructions provided were spot on! The hotel and room were spotless. Loved the granite top bathroom sink. Impala is central to everything where you don't really need a car at all. 2 blocks from the beach and beach chairs were provided as well. Will totally come back if I'm ever in the area ❤️👍

Great location! Likes: Hotel was very clean. Room was comfortable. Easy to get in contact with staff for any questions. Location was Central to everything. Will definitely consider coming back if in the area. Dislikes: Specific to my room, view was of the alleyway and all the pipes, space heaters and tables/chairs from the restaurant I'm assuming.. The TV didn't have local channels (at least I couldn't figure it out. Lol). If no microwave in room, perhaps aone in common area?

Really enjoyed our stay central to everything. Likes: Location to everything Dislikes: Foyer could do with a make over

Great stay. Clean and thanks to the staff for their care and attention

Great location and accommodation. Great location on a quieter block off ocean. Place was very clean. Room had nice king size bed and desk which worked great. Large bathroom and shower! Extra towels and other things in the front desk cupboard were handy as there is nobody manning the desk. Host was very responsive to text messages and showed almost immediately when I had a problem with the safe.

satisfied Likes: Great location, walking distance from everything and a big parking garage nearby (40$/day for the garage) The suite was big, bright and comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Dislikes: The sofa bed mattress is thin and you can feel the bed frame through, but it's a sofa bed so don't expect lucury. The restaurant downstairs has music playing loud until 11pm so don't expect to sleep early. There is no blinds in the living room and the entrance door is transparent so there is light all night long, not ideal when you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room

Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones. Likes: Excelentes instalaciones, habitaciones amplia y cómoda.

Super cute and convenient The room was beautiful and very clean. The entrance through the little gate is difficult to spot at first, but the people at the restaurant pointed it out to us and were quite helpful. We loved the self check in and felt very safe and secure. The location is the best. We parked in the parking lot on the corner of 13th and Collins, and it was only $20, and very close. Definitely recommend!!

Super Lage direkt beim Ocean Drive und Strand

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are beach chairs available for free as a guest of the hotel. Everything is door codes so you don’t need to worry about losing keys at the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Not having a front desk really didn’t bother me because the texting line was very responsive. There is a Roku tv with tons of channels available and overall it’s pretty quiet. Biggest issues are the room smells very musty are leaving and coming back but the smell goes away very quickly. The parking is a nightmare. The hotel claims there is parking but there isn’t. Street parking is insane and you have to renew it every 4 hours (they ticket like crazy out here so don’t screw up if you street park) and the garages are disgustingly expensive and inconvenient. You have to pay 20-40$ a day to park and that’s without any in/out privileges. This means if you go to dinner and come back you’re paying another 40$. It’s insane. Don’t bring a car if you want to stay here. We ended up finding a garage that offers monthly parking passes and that was cheaper than paying for parking the normal way. Because of the no front desk thing you’re kind of on your own. We spilled something on the sheets and we were promptly brought new sheets but I had to make the bed myself. You only get cleaning 1x every 4 days but we were able to out the trash out in the hall to get emptied.

Check-in and check-out were quite simple, and the rooms were adequately clean. The location is great if you plan on visiting the beach and restaurants.

Just an fyi: from what I can tell there is literally only 1 room that you could access from a wheelchair (105) all the other rooms are up either a full staircase or about 5 stairs.

Very minimalist hotel with no amenities.

Muito boa Likes: A localização é impecável, vale muito a pena.

Likes: L’emplacement !

Likes: Public parking is located a block away from the, there is no designated drop off for luggage , so get ready to hump it to the hotel . There isn’t really much staff to be found . Room was neat with 2 coffee pods and no replenishments . For the price , it is basic clean accommodations .

Brilliant place, fair price and lovely people :) Likes: Loved having a balcony, the room was spacious and clean. all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good for restaurants, bars and shopping. Dislikes: Better room safe instructions, possibly taped to the top of the safe... Please let guests know that extra housekeeping supplies are available in reception with the beach towels.

The AC stopped working in the evening and I notified the 24/7 line they advertised and was told they would try to resolve the problem in 24 hours. The unit reached 76 at one point which was extremely uncomfortable. Overall the place is in a good location and check in is very simple. I wish they prioritized these sort of inconveniences more, AC in Florida is a must.

I loved this hotel. It is right in the middle of everything you wanna do in Miami Beach. The beach is literally around the corner. And so is the party. Miami Beach is so fun. The hotel was clean and comfy. I stayed in the impala building. The entrance is like walking into a jungle. The only awkward part for this building if you're squeamish is the entrance is a bit confusing because you walk through a restaurant. I didn't care. I would stay here again next year. It was really excellent in my opinion. Especially for the price and location. And I flew in so I didn't need to rent a car. And if you fly in its perfect. You don't even need a car to see everything. We stayed for two days before our cruise. Highly recommend. Easy to get a cab to the port. I literally just emailed the cab company.

Everything was fine. We had a great stay here. Thank you so much.

This property worked out perfectly for us! Great location, the room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. All of our online communication was easy and we had no problem with the self check-in. I would definitely stay here again!
