Nice property. The only problem we had just the AC didn’t get any cooler than 77F, but we reported to f/d. They were about to get it fixed the next day, but we only stayed overnight, we’re ok with 77 F temperature.

I chose the hotel because it had a good rating for its location, but it is an old building with old furniture and uncomfortable beds. I stayed there for two nights and two days, but there was no cleaning service and they didn't change the sheets because it was a separate cost. There is no one at the front desk, you access the hotel lobby with a code and no one is present to assist you. There are no outside areas like a pool or a large lounge area. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Property should consider getting parking for customers and also the noise in the property after the party hours is crazy that I couldn’t sleep for 2 days but the staff was very nice in the property

When you see a photo of a hotel room with a tv you assume you will get a broadcast signal. Not here; you can stream on the Roku with your own service. Similarly, you may assume the shower will have hot water. Not here; super hot sink water and shower never gets warm. The tech access was easy, but seemed like there was no visible staff because they were not going to make things right for the guest who wants tv and hot water. Wow, not for me.

I would add a microwave in the room or prepare an area in the lobby with a soft drink machine, water, coffee, snacks, and ice machine

Our stay was great! We stayed in 201 in the main building and had 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. The only thing that would make this place better would be an ice machine and microwave since South Beach is so pricey. Highly recommend.

(Translated by Google) Pleasant stay!
Warm, attentive and very well prepared staff. The outstanding maintenance person. Link with a very good location. Nothing to observe.
As a suggestion, the beach service could be completed with the included umbrella.
Highly recommended.

This place was well located and convenient to just about anything you would want. The room was quite nice, more than sufficient. However, request supplies for your whole, stay, such as towels, tp and tissues, as we didn't know how ti get more.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Kasa La Flora. It was so convenient to restaurants, the beach and many others. I am definitely returning. I would make one suggestion though, if a miscrowave was available that would definitely help me with leftovers. It would be nice to include a microwave in the unit. But, overall, my stay was amzing and I am definitely returning soon. Thanks for making it so easy with the check in and check out process. Thanks.

I liked the digital option to check in, open the ftont door and open the room door.
I was skeptical to give my credit card number snd doing the face recognition ahead of time, but was OK at the end.
I didn’t like that they did not clean the room at all everyday. If you stay for a week, they will not clean your rokm until you leave.
The room had a musty smell when we entered.
Nice toiletries with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap. Very comfortable bed and quiet room.

I had a great stay at Kasa La Flora! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Easy checki-in. WiFi. Big Tv. Clean bathroom. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, but still close to restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The Building confusion was very weird and our shower controls were very weird
The property is central and close to South Beach. Parking is not included but available on 13 th street -municipal parking nearby. The bed was comfortable. The doors are not air tight so can be noisy. Virtual service was good. There is a fridge but no hair dryer. There is an Italian restaurant part of the hotel, but it’s very expensive. All in all very cute. The entrance is safe as it is out of the way and not visible from the street.

Amazing room, very, very, very clean With huge space and just gorgeous. The only thing I was not aware was how noisy downtown got at night. But we figured it out and had an amazing stay. Very quick to respond to all messages and answered all my questions and we’re so helpful! I would definitely stay again!

our room took our breath away! When we walked in and saw the size of the room and how it was laid out with the complete living room and then a two queen bed bedroom, we were blown away. it was absolutely stunning! Here’s the thing, you are in downtown Miami Beach and it gets very noisy at night. You need to have something to block the noise so you could actually get to sleep. We used a sound machine and it worked beautifully. We heard nothing once we went to bed. But the room was very very, very, very clean and well capped. Everything was just perfect except for the outside where the noise was! But I still get this place at 10 out of 10!
