This Airbnb is located in a busy part of SF there was a lot of noise at night. The kitchen area is a communal area that is shared with the other guests in other units . The surrounding area was not the nicest but I would still recommend it for the price. My sister and I really just used it as a place to sleep and spent the rest of the time exploring SF. The bed was very comfy but there was no AC just a plug in heater and fan.

Tolles Appartement zum Spitzenpreis. Die Umgebung ist auch nicht wirklich laut. 2 Minuten bis zum Union Square. Aber es grenzt auch unmittelbar an Tenderloin an. Sollte man zumindest wissen. Für mich war das völlig in Ordnung und es gab auch keine Probleme.

The inside was nice which is the only thing okay about it. the parking was terrible I had to pay $50 at a parking garage near by just for over night. Too many inconveniences happened had to evacuate from a false fire alarm in the middle of the night etc. the pictures made it seem like it was an apartment with a kitchen and all attached but the kitchen was down in the basement shared with the whole building. Very noisy heard people arguing and fighting on the street all night. Also got a ring worm infection on my legs most likely from skin contact on the green chairs in the bedroom because I was the only one that sat on them and got it. Don’t recommend.

Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Wir suchten nach einer sicheren Umgebung, aber das Airbnb liegt in einer Gegend mit vielen Obdachlosen! Alleine wäre ich nach Sonnenuntergang nicht mehr durch die Haustür gegangen, weil ich mich so unsicher gefühlt habe (anders als in Bewertungen und in der Beschreibung dargestellt). Das Badezimmer hatte Flecken an der Decke und der Duschvorhang hat schon geschimmelt, das sollte dringend behoben werden. Die Fenster ließen sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und nur eins von 3en rastete auch ein, sonst musste man es auf halten. Das Fernsehen war aufgrund des schlechten WLANs so langsam, dass es unbrauchbar war… Das einzig gute war der Koreaner unter der Unterkunft, ist sehr empfehlenswert! Aber wir würden beim nächsten Mal eine sauberere und sicherer gelegene Unterkunft bevorzugen.

Great location! Really cute old building. Simple but modern decor. Nice to have coffee and hot chocolate. Very nice water pressure in shower. Bathroom sink was a little small but matched the vintage vibe. It was loud at times during the night but ear plugs were provided. Next time i’d try to stay on a higher floor for better views. Really appreciated the elevator after walking those hills all day!

Great central location with easy access to most of the city. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The access to a shared kitchen and laundry facilities was also very convenient. All things considered, I think this is one of the best options in central SF for a single traveler.

Great location! Just a few blocks from the BART. Dozens of restaurants, bars, etc close by. Check-in instructions were easy. Our smoke detector started to chirp but then came to swap out the battery soon after. Would totally stay here again.

Overall based on criteria this was a 5 star review. It was easily to find, they were communicative, great proximity to events and restaurants. We had no complications with the space, check in, or check out. I do wish the bed was a little more comfortable, as someone with back issues it wasn’t the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had, and I wish there was a keurig or a coffee pot. Though having said that, overall it was a good stay, walking distance to the Masonic, and I would stay again for the location easily. Coffee places all around too

On the day of our arrival, the elevator was under maintenance (which they clearly communicated to us about). Our senior dog couldn't make it up the stairs to the 6th floor, so a Kasa representative was able to switch us to a lower level floor within a half hour. They were super understanding, quick to respond, and friendly throughout while resolving the issue. Outstanding customer service 👍🏼

Terrible experience considering I woke up to find a dirty children's sock under the blanket. I did not think that Kara would have slacked on cleaning so I did not check between every sheet, so you can imagine when I woke up to a dirty sock under the cover with me I was MORTIFIED and have felt disgusting all day. Absolutely terrible experience, and I found stains on the bed. I texted Kara to tell them of the issue and gave them a chance to make this right before posting this review and they credited me $25. This does NOT take away the fact that I had to sleep in a dirty bed and is not good enough compensation, I expect to be refunded every single penny for this stay. This is completely, utterly disgusting and unacceptable customer service.

I am all for spending the night in a budget hotel but this took it to a whole new level. First the elevator was not working and I have a sneaking suspicion that it isn't usually in service. Six flights of stairs later with luggage in tow, I made it to my room only to discover there was no blanket for the bed and no blanket in the drawers or the closet. I was able to access the closet concierge and take a blanket down 3 flights of stairs and 3 flights of stairs back up to my room. The room was freezing, December in S.F. who would have guessed lol, and was told that the boiler doesn't turn on until 5am. Needless to say I won't be back and the experience was much less than desirable.

This place is not far from the downtown and has a lot of restaurants and shops around. The unit was very clean and comfortable except two issues. The room was super cold the whole time partially due to poor insulation around the window and heater wasn’t working. Once I arrived, I realized that the elevator wasn’t working and during my 3-week stay, there was no repair done to fix it. Although my overall experience was good, I wish these issues were communicated in advance.

My stay at Kasa was short, but wonderful. The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the city. The bed is probably the most comfortable airbnb bed I’ve had. Kasa was also incredibly responsive and kind. Cleared up a misunderstanding on my part and was swift to get back to me at all times. Perfect location, next to literally everything in SF. Anytime I stay in the city I will stay with Kasa. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights, and it we had a great experience. The place is so clean, and room itself is very pretty. I love the location the most because it is close to everything. There are great restaurants surrounding the place. Overall, I recommend staying here because there are lots to do, and everything is walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great central location with easy access to most of the city. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.
