Foi tudo ótimo. O apartamento é grande com dois quartos, cozinha é pequena varanda. Achei tudo limpo e a comunicação com eles foi bem fácil e rápida. As orientações são todas dadas e o que se tem dúvida pode perguntar facilmente. O prédio do apartamento tem excelente estrutura com academia, piscina e um lounge. O local do apartamento é muito bom contudo senti falta de um supermercado maior por perto.

This is an apartment in The Whitley apartment building with friendly staff. The community has a large gym and a great lounging pool. The location is 2 short blocks to the convention center and an easy walk to all the cool Austin neighborhoods on both sides of the River. I had multiple occurrences of the electric door lock for the unit not working. So very frustrating when Kasa could NOT provide any helpful assistance. Fortunately, the building staff was helpful when my cell phone died as I waited on hold for Kasa to address the situation. I highly recommend The Whitley as a place to stay in Austin.

Beautiful apartment we stayed in, which had multiple rooms to add privacy and freedom. Very spacious as well. The balcony was overlooking the pool while staring at the beautiful downtown skyscrapers. We indulged in the pool many times as well which was blissful. The free coffee machine on the first floor twas AMAZING!. Kasa front desk staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful . Even though I have multiple friends I could stay with in Austin, I hope to book this place many more times. A+

My stay at this Kasa location was spectacular. They picked an amazing building to host in and a great location to offer. I walked pretty much anywhere I wanted to go in Downtown Austin. It felt private and safe and had a nice gym and pool. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This stay was overall good. However- due to the listing we thought the unit had two beds as it states there’s a sofa bed and a king sized bed. There was only one king sized bed, and no sofa bed. The ground unit was also noisier than expected as we could hear the employees of the property coming in and out early each morning. Overall, the price was good and the unit was cleaned and comfortable.

Being in the heart of downtown Austin can't be beat, and Kasa's apartment was spectacular. Close and walkable to everything, safe doorman building, great pool, and beautiful apartment! We had a great time, would highly recommend.

I should have read through more reviews when booking this last minute on Expedia. Like other reviews it was not clear in terms of how to check in. I requested an early check in (2 pm vs 4 pm) and heard nothing back. But the "virtual front desk" was quick to send me a condescending text about a noise alert in my unit when I got back from yoga and turned the TV on and started a load of laundry. I didn't touch the volume on the TV. Just hit play to turn on the Olympics. And this was hours before the stated quiet hours that start at 10 pm, which the text referred to. I am a solo precessional traveler and the text from Kasa was insulting and a bit creepy. Made me wonder what else was being monitored. My unit was right down the hall from the 24hr gym so I was treated to a constant lullaby of weights being dropped on the floor PAST quiet hours. On a positive note I liked the location and the kitchen was well equipped for my needs. As background I have stayed in this type of third-party accommodation before and rate Kasa lower than the other well-known companies.

It was awesome that it was right across the street where I had to work. I liked that it was on the bottom floor so it was quick and easy to get in and out. Clean and nice! They charge a substantial amount per hour after 11 am for late check out which I wish I knew ahead of time since my flight wasn’t till the evening and they can’t hold bags at the front desk. Otherwise Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this airbnb is perfect for getting to all the most popular things to do in Austin! $5 uber to most areas (Rainey, South Congress) and walkable to a lot of other areas (6th street, the capitol building, etc). The pool and common areas in the building are also very nice. Only two things we would change were: 1) more blankets or thicker blankets on the beds and 2) a more comfortable pull out couch. It was fine for 2 nights, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to sleep on it longer than that! Otherwise we loved our time here and can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay. We love the flexibility to stay here instead of the hotel with the conferences. The space was a good location, the room was pristine. Great to have a kitchen and we used a grocery pickup service close by. Parking is challenging, so we chose to just park in the building as it is comparable to parking at different lots. First time in an airbnb and this space was wonderful. We did bring a sound machine and it was needed for the weekend downtown noise at night if utilizing the sofa couch. Wonderful place! They provide in depth check in instructions that are very helpful.

Great location, walking distance from lots of stores and shops. The space had everything we needed and was tidy. Great city views. The concierge people are extremely sweet and welcoming. Lots of dogs stay in the building which was cool and we love that they’re dog friendly. Only con is the expensive parking, $40/night which added up quickly as we stayed a week.

The location of the building was great, in the midst of Austin downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Minimart in the building. Unit was clean, workout facilities were great, as was the pool. I was displeased when the host, Kasa, sent in maintenance workers without informing me. I was not in the unit, but my things were all over the place. I. felt that my privacy was infringed without my permission.

Amazing location, great stocking in the house to be able to stay for a whole week. Love the ability to use the balcony although wish was slightly bigger. Some updates need to bathroom shower and tub. But didnt change how great the stay was.

Check in was smooth, the staff at the Whitley were super helpful. The only issue we really had was trying to find a place to park. The signs in the parking ramp are not very clear on where we were able to park and how we paid etc. I also would recommend trying to find another location to park besides the ramp because the cost for the time we were there was astronomical. Most everything you would need is within reasonable walking distance (besides the airport) so that may be difficult. Rest of the stay was great. Everything was what we were expecting and some. Having access to the pool and coffee area was a plus and the security to get into the building was nice. Took us a day to figure out the fobs to open the doors and run the elevators but it was a nice added level of security. Kitchen was fully stocked with what was needed for the stay and the in unit laundry was a life saver. Would definitely look into this location to stay again if I find myself back in Austin!

Amazing location, great stocking in the house to be able to stay for a whole week. Love the ability to use the balcony although wish was slightly bigger. Some updates need to bathroom shower and tub. But didnt change how great the stay was.

Check in was smooth, the staff at the Whitley were super helpful. The only issue we really had was trying to find a place to park. The signs in the parking ramp are not very clear on where we were able to park and how we paid etc. I also would recommend trying to find another location to park besides the ramp because the cost for the time we were there was astronomical. Most everything you would need is within reasonable walking distance (besides the airport) so that may be difficult. Rest of the stay was great. Everything was what we were expecting and some. Having access to the pool and coffee area was a plus and the security to get into the building was nice. Took us a day to figure out the fobs to open the doors and run the elevators but it was a nice added level of security. Kitchen was fully stocked with what was needed for the stay and the in unit laundry was a life saver. Would definitely look into this location to stay again if I find myself back in Austin!
