Loved my stay! Great apartment and loved the pool

Great location for a downtown conference, clean room, very detailed check-in book. I didn't have any issues to contact them about so not sure how easy it would be for troubleshooting since it's a company and not a personal host. Really handy to have a washer/ dryer.

OMG! I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone from the host to the front desk and even the neighbors were friendly and accommodating. I had a beautiful view and it was only 2 blocks from the Convention Center. I will definitely be staying again when I am in Austin. Thank you Kasa!

We had a great time here. Everything was clean and we had plenty linens. Great location in the center of the city. The pool was a great addition in the hot weather.

This was our second time staying here. It’s right next to everything restaurants, bars, live music. It’s private and a quiet place to stay. The pools relaxing and it’s there’s a convenience store right next door for all your needs. Our go to spot when staying in Downtown Austin!

Completely deceptive and downright terrible Likes: Nothing. This place was so terrible once we saw it in person that we didn't feel comfortable or even safe to stay at it & ended up paying for a second hotel because the facility nor booking.com would do anything about the deception. Dislikes: It was literally right on 6th street, the window to the room was visible from the street where homeless people hung out with boom boxes outside of it. The sink didn't drain, the lights over the so called vanity didn't work, it smelt bad like smoke, the bed was terrible, there was no fridge in our so called suite, but rather a dishwasher. It felt like an actual joke when we showed up compared to how the listing and pictures were. We feel totally robbed that we didn't get any of our money back. We spent another 1000 to go stay elsewhere and it was so beautiful I couldn't believe this place is getting away with this! Do your research. Booking must delete these type of reviews and pay for deceiving ones, but if you look at Google it says the same thing I'm putting here. Expensive lesson learned to never trust this site ever again.

Likes: Great location for the conference we attended. Dislikes: The pre arrival checklist was a little clunky for three rooms under the same name. We had a delay for the entry codes of some rooms. Helpful staff member when I called and was resolved quickly.

Excellent stay, clean and organized

Excessive noise monitor was going off during normal volume level conversations. Felt like we had to whisper. Very annoying considering you could not hear anything outside of the room when we checked.

Our stay was great. Easy access to the apartment. In-depth instructions for how to get into the building and apartment. The space was clean, organized, and very nice. The AC during the Austin “heat dome” was FANTASTIC. I will be looking to stay with Kasa again.

Excellent in customer service... I had a lot of random changes happen during this trip and the host was incredibly flexible and responsive with my requests. The location was close to where me and my team needed to be downtown. I would book again!

Nice stay in a studio apartment with controlled access and a clean building!

Convenient and spacious accommodations in an apartment building. Good for people who aren't looking for typical hotel amenities (like a front desk or concierge) because there aren't any, but for space and location, we thought it was well worth it.

This place was amazing. The room was fantastic and spacious. The pool and gym were great as well. I would also add that it is very secure as you have to key key fob not only to get in but the elevators as well. One item to note is the parking. It can be a little confusing, but the entrance to the parking garage is on the east side of the building. It is $40.00 for 24hours. They will ticket you if you are a late for a payment. Amazing location. I will stay here going forward for all of my business/personal trips. 5 stars

As advertised overall and appreciated the stay. Be careful in the bathroom -- not very accessible and a little tricky getting in and out of the tub which has very high walls (you can see in the pictures).

Good location to stay if you’re visiting downtown Austin

Awesome in general, could be a bit better about cleanliness Likes: The location, the layout of the apartment, very spacious. Had everything we needed it Dislikes: Cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom had a strong smell of humidity, some mold on the walls. The room with the water heater has a looooot of dust, and the fridge water filter needs a change.

What really makes this stay is access to the gym and pool. The unit itself is quite dark and humid, and given the fact that it's ground level and not removed from the sidewalk, you can't really open the shades. The concierge was lovely and I liked getting free coffee from the conference room in the AM. The location was right next to where I needed to be for a conference.

Likes: Die 2. Unterbringung war mega Toll. Zum Glück konnten wir das Zimmer unkompliziert wechseln! Dislikes: Die 1. Unterbringung war grauenhaft, zu untererst (Fussgänger gingen an unserem Fenster vorbei und Hunde pissten an unser Fenster! sehr war grauenhaft laut.

This was such a great and convenient place to stay in Downtown Austin! Super clean, spacious, and walkable to so many bars and restaurants.

Great place to stay in the middle of downtown Austin

We were in Austin for a business event and needed walking distance to the venue. This place was so much better than we had pictured! A small store just steps away meant we had easy access to healthy food options. The coffee machine in the lobby was perfect and great tasting. The concierge at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We lost one of the key fobs and she helped us activate the elevator so we could still get upstairs Kasa was also gracious when we sent them a message saying we’d lost it. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was great, especially the location. There is no Kasa logo on the building so it Whitley apartments. Enjoyed Austin living in the center. I can say a lot of pros are there for this apartment the only con was dust and some spider network. However I didn't see any spider there. And because of dust host did some small refund. I believe next time it will be more clean. Suggesting to try this place.

we made the best of it. Likes: Location was perfect. Dislikes: location was perfect. No breakfast was offered. Bed was terrible. Very loud walls not insulated very well. TV remote did not work had to down load an app to control the TV. Not enough bathroom towels and toiletries. Not what I expected for what I paid. It was comparable to motel 6. That's sad.
