A man tried to enter our room 15 minutes into our check in while my partner and I were changing our clothes and in a state of undress. He was able to unlock our door with the key code, but thankfully we had the deadbolt locked. He said he was trying to return a key fob? When we called Kasa about it they said it was one of their team members, which makes it worse, because why would your teammate try and enter the room (we had music playing, it was obvious that we were in there) after we checked in?
THEN I checked the bed and I saw long dark hairs in the sheets, and they looked wrinkled, so they didn't change the sheets, just made the bed. When we called about this as well, they were unable to have someone bring us fresh sheets. I didn't need someone to make the bed, I just needed them to get us clean sheets that someone else hasn't slept in already!
Convenient location, but inconvenient service, and unclean stay.
