Although the apartment is located in a great area, parking is challenging (which Kasa warns about) and access to the building with only one key fob is difficult. The photos in the listing are representative, therefore, the unit you are staying might be very different than what is shown. We were traveling with a toddler and expected a bathtub, but found a small standup shower that was hard to use.
On day 2 we noticed the washer had thick layer of black ?mold and we alerted the property, since unsafe to use. No response.The next day, the only toilet in the unit clogged. We notified Kasa at 9:45am. Although multiple messages and calls were done, customer service would only say “we are working on this”, at 4pm, when we still had no toilet and no update on time of fixing it, we elected to check out go to another Airbnb. They initially did not want to refund us for the 2 unused nights. But after working with Airbnb support, they refunded us. It was the worst Airbnb experience we have had.
