10/10 Exceptional
Was honestly better than I'd anticipated. Perfect location for SXSW, tons of space, great amenities, gorgeous unit. There were four of us staying here over the weekend for SXSW, and it was super easy to get in, get comfortable, and get everything we needed done in and around the location, especially knowing that a nice home was waiting for us just a few blocks from wherever we were. Great downtown view from the balconies, great amenities throughout the building, friendly on-site staff. The one issue was that the front door code we were given didn't work (or we weren't using it properly -- instructions were clear, but still felt like I was doing it wrong). Thankfully it never actually became an issue as we were always able to entire the building one way or another. Everything else about Kasa was great, and I will definitely be using them again.
