Airbnb
The place was fantastic. Couldn’t be in a better location, pretty much the entire city is walkable from here and it was extremely nice and clean.
My only issue was with checking out. I had (or so I thought) put in the reservation details that I had a pet. You’ll have to fill out two separate reservations (1 for Airbnb and 1 for Kasa) and I guess that got lost in translation between the two. After I checked out I got a notice that I was going to have to pay $60 for “extra services” because they found cat hair on the sheets. Not sure what extra services they weren’t planning on doing beforehand (like just washing the sheets?) but it was pretty annoying after I’d been under the impression that everything was squared away with the pet.
