This is a fantastic place to to stay. We loved everything about this property and Kasa! Definitely staying with Kasa again!

Room was next to construction, wasn’t granted a LRB early checkin or a late checkout. The only place to store my luggage while I waited hours for my room was off-property blocks away from the site. I had to call to request hangers. The reason for no early checkin was for cleaning but the room wasn’t very clean. Hair on the bed and in the shower and the floors were dirty. There we no instructions for the TV.

If you want to stay close to the convention center, and want a kitchen, couch, TV and small balconey for the cost of a downtown hotel room, this is the upgrade for you. Electric car charging available in the garage with Chargepoint.

We loved this location and apartment! Very spacious, airy, bright, comfortable king size bed. It had everything we needed and the management team were very helpful in answering questions during our stay. We would stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The location was great. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth. No issues at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the place, location and the staff. Definitely coming back again, only drawback is the construction opposite the building especially for light sleepers like me.

The condo is well appointed with everything you might need. The view is amazing. The bed is comfy. Everything is clean. The only draw backs we’re having to share one fob which we needed anytime we went anywhere in or out of the building. The other problem was the TV didn’t work which only mattered because it was the World Series. Otherwise fantastic location. Great time.

Excellent apartment with a great view. The coffee is good enough to drink black, and perfect location downtown. They were still doing renovations on the 8th floor, but we didn’t hear any noise or feel uncomfortable.

Great place and location.

We had a great stay at this downtown condo (Whitney). Very clean and the check-in, check-out, and communication was very effecient, timely, and automated. Never met the host which I guess is ok, but having travelled internationally with AB&B, we like meeting the hosts. The unit was very clean with all the ammenties to get you started. Plenty of space for the two of us. Made use of the fitness facility and sat by the pool for a couple of afternoons (we are from Minneapolis so 80 was heaven compared to 35 at home). Great views of the skyline. Great location in downtown close to literally everything. Grocery store 200ft away. Quick walk to 6th street bars, Congress Street bridge to see 1 million bats at dusk, Colorado River and the Roy & Ann Butler Hike & Bike Trails. Recommend Velvet Taco, the Onion for late night pizza and the Driskall for brunch at least once! Thanks for the stay! We had a great time in Austin and this apartment made the stay a no-brainer! Although it says one bedroom, the bedroom does not have a window. By Standortes Definition, it is a partitioned studio. Very comfortable, though.

We booked 3 nights for 2 adults, we called to get them replaced but we were told that 4 bath towels were enough! No extra towels bath towels were provided Room service isn't provided at all during your stay no matter what the stay period is! The bed mattress is old and lumpy, very uncomfortable to sleep on, had back pain every morning The room we were given is on the street level, right behind the nail box, the noise from inside the building and from the streets not bearable I will never ever again stay with Kasa, and I thought you should know what to expect when booking with them

This location was excellent, I didn’t get to enjoy the Airbnb as much since I was working most of the time, but when I was there it was very pleasant. Very secure and clean

What a wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Best value for money and a really fabulous view with a balcony. Very safe with round the clock security and the most pleasant front desk staff. Instructions are thorough and easy. I will stay here over any hotel downtown from now on!

We had a great stay at this clean and convenient location!

This place is perfect for catching shows at the Moody Theater (ACL) & for experiencing all that downtown has to offer i.e., shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I think it was a 5 minute stroll to ACL, 3-4 minutes to restaurants, and the best little grocery store in Texas is located directly next door. Very spacious place with all the bells & whistles that you are accustomed to at home, plus a good size outdoor patio overlooking the pool. If you are traveling w/ more than 2 people be sure to ask for the pull-out sofa linens in advance, just a helpful hint to avoid having to wait for them or arrange for them to be dropped off. Be sure to read the instructions carefully about checking-in they can be a little tricky. Lastly if you have any questions feel free to text that number that kasa gives you, they respond immediately. Very accommodating bunch that kasa is, this was our 2nd kasa property rental in austin between August 21 & October 21 and the other kasa managed/owned property was super nice just like this one.

Overall this was a terrible stay and we will never come back to this property. I’ll just start with the worst stuff in case people want the abridged version: 1) there was no hot water, 2) the apartment next door was going through renovations and it was insanely loud starting at 9am in the morning. Not the best way to wake up on vacation. I think I’ve left maybe two negative reviews out of the crazy number I’ve written, this place is bad. Check in was fine, they send over a webpage where you can review the steps ahead of time and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Communication overall is pretty good, the host is responsive. When I entered the apartment, there was bunch of equipment inside because maintenance was fixing a stove. Eventually the guy came back and I explained to them that I’d be there for a few days and wasn’t going to need it, asking them to return after we leave. Most of the apartment is fine but there are just some really weird issues. The baseboards in the bedroom are terribly discolored and I can’t tell why, looks incredibly dirty. I don’t really know how to describe everything but it just feels like everything was built the cheapest way possible. I get the impression that this management company does things as lean as possible, they are fully hands off and rely entirely on others to report issues to them. This is great when it works, but this apartment just feels like everyone who manages it has a “not my problem” attitude. Not a fan, will avoid this host in the future.

Nice spot, and easy walking distance to tons of stuff on 5th and 6th street, without being right in the middle of it. The apartment was nice and clean, with a comfy bed. One word of advice: be sure your key fob actually works for the garage. Ours didn’t, and it was too late to fix it by the time we found out.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and the communication with owners was great. The place was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend it!

The place is centrally located to the convention center and 6th street restaurants and bars. If area felt really safe and the place was modern in appearance. There was a building being constructed across from me that started at 7 am, so no big deal for me and assume it will be wrapped up in the next 6 months. Other than that I really enjoyed the place.

Beautiful view and decor. Bed is medium firm. Pillows are hotel perfect. A bit cold in the apartment and had trouble adjusting the temp.

Couldn’t have been smoother. The place is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Location is perfect. Austin is really expensive these days, but Kasa is a great deal!
