Horrific company, please avoid if you can.
Likes: I felt compelled to give a rating of 1 and share my experience to warn others, so they know what they are dealing with - It's not a hotel, but an agressive company that has no service, that only exists on an APP, and it doesn't treat you as a 'guest'.
It was such an extremely stressful experience:
They made me feel like I was trespassing upon check-in; and upon Check-out, they made it feel like it's an eviction. Here are the details:
I received the room entry code 2 days in advance, but when I arrived after 3pm on the day, it didn’t work. After struggling to find help, I located a staff who didn’t speak English and used Google Translate to tell me to only contact the company.
Found a number to call on the app, I was told I’d have to pay an early check-in fee to access my room before 4pm, or I'll have to go downstairs, leave my luggage there and wait. I said if I could enter just 40 minutes early since the room was already paid for, and I was carrying a lot of luggage. They bluntly refused, said a payment link is sent, insisting I pay through a link first.
The communication was shockingly rude and disrespectful. As a guest, i feel belittled, and I do not understand why showing at my room at 3:20pm. I have to pay for the room again.
That is not all.
The night before check out. numerous messages and emails arrived to remind me of the 11am check out. As I hushed to get out in the morning, around 11am sharp, some creepy knocks on the door, I opened the door but no one. As the floor is always empty and dead, no service staff or whatsoever. The sound felt more creepy than ever.
At 11:05, I got out. But 11:10am, a text message arrives - "it comes to our attention you are still in our room ... ...". Although I have already left, at this point i felt so threatened as if some action is going to be taken.
I was scared by the message, no joke.
