Simply lovely! Likes: One of the most beautiful apartments I ever rented. Everything was new, extremely clean, modern and comfy design in the center of Chicago. Just perfect. We had a kitchen with everything u need. we had extra towels, bedding. everything is accessible by codes u get through the owner and it works without needing anyone for checking in or out.

The accommodation was exactly as was described Likes: Very clean and was close to the Shirley Ryan Rehab where we visited our friend Dislikes: Nothing it was a great place

Likes: The location was great, I love to walk, personally, so I didn’t mind walking to everywhere; but it was just about an 8-10 minute walk to the famous magnificent mile. And it was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest cta station. But this wasn’t a turn off for me personally. I stayed in a suite, and it came with a washer dryer, which to me was just a cherry on top. All the appliances looked new and were fully functional. I would definitely stay here again. Dislikes: I wish there was at least water provided in the room. I came in very late from a long two days of traveling and I couldn’t even get water. That kind of sucked. Also there is it any hand soap in the bathroom…which isn’t a huge deal but sometimes the little things are also important. I later found hand soap below the sink but that took some exploring to learn about. Also this may have been the fridge, but it kept making some weird noises…sounded like the ice machine inside the fridge.

Likes: Location, friendly and immediate response from owner Dislikes: Súper clean, comfortable and spacious

Dislikes: They cancelled my stay the day of my reservation! I called because I had not received my access code after providing my pre verification for check in. I was told on the phone my reservation was being cancelled with no reason! After asking multiple times for a reason the man on the phone told me I would receive an email explaining why. The email stated they only accept reservations from people they’re” confident won’t violate house rules.” Very unprofessional and discriminatory to assume I would violate house rules! If you want your reservation to be cancelled last minute book with Sonder!

Likes: Nothing Dislikes: I purchased a room for one day a week before & Sonder cancelled it after I gave them a photo of me and my license but my Caucasian friend mind you same day of book just like me have been processed. I don’t understand if this is a racist thing but when I called the only thing they said was the problem is that it could’ve have been booked for a party even though I was allow up to six guess. I give it 0/10 stars you ruined my new years and I will make sure no one will be appointed to here.
