Molto bello !! Likes: Appartamento collocato all'interno di un nuovo grattacielo (Lindley) che si trova a circa 15 min a piedi dal Gaslamp Quarter e vicino alla fermata della Trolley ( metropolitana di superficie ) Little Italy dove passano 2 linee . In ogni caso nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse linee di bus con i quali può comodamente girare la città. Il mio bellissimo appartamento era da 6 pers. quindi dotato di 2 camere da letto (letti matrimoniali) + un divano letto e due bagni. Bella e ben fornita la cucina : c’è tutto ciò che serve . Frigo e fornelli grandi e come tutto il resto nuovi. Presenti anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Balcone ampio e panoramico. Bagni grandi e dotati dei comfort necessari in una struttura di questo livello. Devo dire che sono proprio rimasto stupito dalla bellezza anche delle aree comuni : a partire dalla grande palestra fino alla piscina (riscaldata) e con bel panorama. Disponibile per chi lo desidera una zona dotata di 4 grandi barbeque e tavoli annessi. In caso di necessità la virtual reception risponde entro brevissimo tempo ed è sempre gentile e disponibile. Prezzo proporzionato alla qualità offerta. Dislikes: In tutte le unità manca l'aspirapolvere : dura pulire un'appartamento da 6 con la scopa. Non c'è la cassaforte Sulla Tv non si vedono i canali americani tradizionali quindi nemmeno le partite di tutti gli sport che vengono trasmesse gratuitamente. Qui sono a pagamento (Roku TV) L'appartamento è da 6 persone e nel caso si sia effettivamente in 6 adulti (noi eravamo in 2) si sta un po' stretti considerate anche le valigie.

Great family feel for extwnded stay.

Kasa Little Italy: Where "Pleasant" is an Understatement! To say we had a pleasant experience doesn’t even describe it. We felt instantly at home the moment we parked, where Edward, our concierge, made us feel like royalty! Shout out to Edward for the VIP tour of the room, the amazing amenities, and the garage—he made everything effortless. The condo is a minimalist dream; the floor-to-ceiling windows are the ultimate decoration, overlooking the pristine pool, heated cabanas, and the Marina. We scrapped our city plans just to stay in! Since the Farmers Market is a hop away, we grabbed organic meats to use the top-of-the-line grills and outdoor kitchen. They even have a professional pet spa that put our local groomer to shame. We finished the night with wine by the clubhouse firepit, surrounded by the most fashionable decor. We walked out elated and relaxed. Honestly, stay here at your own risk… everywhere else will feel like a total downgrade. Already planning our next trip back!

My husband and I absolutely loved the location and amenities provided with this rental. The pool area, gym and entire 7th floor was beautiful and like being at a 5* resort. The suite was spotless...the only thing missing (in our unit) was a small table/chairs for eating. I would suggest adding something like this into the space.

Total inconvenience to not be able to use facilities for a few hours before we caught our plane. Very basic room, cheap furniture. Great lacation

11 out of 10! What an absolute pleasure to stay at Kasa. Beautiful, spotless, and very spacious accommodations. Loads of amenities, and close to everything. Having access to recharge our car overnight in our parking space was great. Very responsive to questions/suggestions.

Magnifique appartement dans une superbe résidence, très bien placé Likes: Magnifique emplacement. Appartement suberbe bien décoré, bien conçu et bien placé dans la tour. Jolie vue, on sait où l’on est. Résidence incroyable avec ses espaces communs. Dislikes: Le canapé-lit n’était pas confortable du tout. En revanche une solution a été trouvée très rapidement avec un sur matelas. À anticiper au cas où.

One of the best airbnb I stayed in. Clean and has everything you need. Allowed a three hour early check in. Top notch with virtual front desk.

This is a phenomenal building in a prime location. The view was incredible, the apartment beautiful and clean, and the amenities floor was amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub & heated pool, made great use of the kitchen, and the bedding was comfortable. Well appointed, clean, updated, and easy to access.

Elegant, comfortable and luxurious apartment in a great location. Likes: The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, tasteful decor, and high end appliances. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and the hosts even provided olive oil and salt and pepper. The building great. One of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen, and a very thoughtful and tasteful layout that says luxury without feeling like it’s trying to hard. Dislikes: Two small things. They could use better blinds in the bedroom. They don’t do a great job of blocking out light. It would be awesome if they provided laundry detergent. It’s one of those things that it makes little sense for individual guests to buy since they will only be there for a couple days and only need to do a load or two.

The building is lovey and the area is great for walkability to restaurants, there were certain amenities that were not at 100% or maintained. The pet park appears to not have been cleaned for some while.

Best Solo Getaway Prime Little Italy location walking distance or a short car ride to any and everywhere you want to be. Self check in was a breeze and I felt supported throughout the process. Clear and easy instructions. The property was pristine with luxurious immaculately maintained amenities. The unit was gorgeous, very spacious and flooded with natural light. Beautiful western exposure with stunning bay views. The pricing was incredible and less than hotels in the area with far less to offer. So happy with my stay, cannot wait to come back.

Great place to stay when visiting San Diego. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Amenities were awesome, including the pool, workout room and massage chair. Location was perfect for visiting all the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay in Little Italy-Molto Bene! An amazing location with awesome seaport views and just a short walk from Little Italy and the waterfront. Incredibly responsive staff, spacious room, everything one could ask for in a temporary lodging. Bravissimo!

Highly recommended for family trips. Very good experience with the unit, the building, and Kasa's team. Great location in the heart of downtown. Worth the price tag.

We enjoyed our stay at kasa! Just be aware if you are flying in earlier than check in with hopes of storing luggage. Description says luggage storage allowed but after being unable to get into the building we were told luggage storage is only available after 3:50pm… caused a big delay in plans and communication with Kasa team was challenging. Otherwise great though!

Our stay was great. The room was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space and the full kitchen and the washer and dryer were huge wins. The amenities were also great. The pool area was beautiful. The common areas and the game room, gave us more space to hang out in. The location is also really great. Close to lots of restaurants, the water, and a park.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to Little Italy, the bay or public transport. Parking is great and there are chargers available. Expensive, but so is everything else in SD.

Property was clean, comfortable, and close to Little Italy. We walked with our dog to Waterfront Park and eateries around the hotel each day. The only issue we encountered was the dog potty area on the seventh floor. The smell was atrocious and my dog didn’t even want to enter. Other than that, we had a wonderful time at Kasa.

We loved our stay at Kasa Little Italy. It was nice to have a quiet, clean, well equipped one bedroom apartment with everything I wanted for a good stay. It has large new appliances, very comfortable bed, plenty of space, nice view and great hotel amenities.

The place was nice and clean and I was impressed with how quickly Kasa communicated throughout the whole stay with their 24/7 text line. Kasa sends entry instructions, however, not all of us are reading the detailed links so I wish they would put up a sign outside the lobby entrance that tells the guests that entry for the hotel is on the left because some of the residents seemed a bit disturbed while I was trying to figure out entry through their door. Some minor issues - the fan doesn’t completely turn off so it was a bit cold, the bed is more on the softer side but it was manageable, and there’s a weird light in the kitchen that is sensor based that was difficult to turn off. I also wish they would replace the shower curtain as it was a bit stained, or replace the curtain altogether with a sliding door if allowed, as curtains collect a lot of bacteria. The price is very expensive but a great option compared to a hotel room if you want an apt vibe with an option to cook and do laundry.

Great stay! First visit to a Kasa property and the instructions (with photos) on where to park and how to access the room was so easy to use. The staff was just a message away. The room was stocked with everything I needed. And, I didn't think I'd use it but the washer and dryer actually came in handy. Now I want to move in!

Loved Kasa Little Italy. Super clean, lots of space. Excellent outdoor space and gym. Two things in my wish list for my unit is another hook in the bathroom to hang towels after use and a list of local restaurants/shops/coffee bars. Other than that, I can’t imagine anyplace better to stay in Downtown San Diego.

Kasa looked exactly just liked the pictures. Clean, pristine and amazing amenities. Short walk to Gaslamp and Little Italy. Will definitely return again!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The suite was spacious and had all everything we needed for the week. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer made it more economical for our family of 5. The pool and other shared amenities were a big hit as well. The game room and social spaces offer something for everyone. The location was great as well, close enough to walk to a bunch of places and not too far too take an Uber if needed.

Great pool! Washer and dryer were in the unit which was so helpful! Fully stocked kitchen as well. It is a great place for families. The location was central and convenient too.
