Imagine renting the nicest suite in the fanciest hotel, with a beautiful view and the most luxurious amenities, all for a reasonable price. That’s exactly how staying at Kasa felt. This is a brand new, modern luxury (sound proof!) apartment building and 3 entire floors are Kasa Airbnbs. The 7th floor amenity deck is a huge perk - they even have free coffee to make up for the gross coffee in the unit. Comfy bed, tons of closet space, Roku TVs are all a plus. With a no-key, access-code-only front door and unit door system, access was easy, and while a 4pm check-in feels late, they got us in an hour early. The only heads up I’ll give to others staying here is that many of the residents who live here full-time (floors 12 and higher) seem to look down upon us short-term renters. I get it - a 2bd/2ba unit here goes for $6k-$13k/mo, so I might be irked too, but it did create an “us vs them” vibe at the pool and in the elevators. Neighborhood walkability and amenities make up for that by far!
