Great Condo in Great Location Nice location, very nice condo with good layout and many amenities. Clean and quiet as well with solid view of harbor! Host service was great and the atmosphere of the complex was upscale. Solid value!

Kasa exceeded my expectations! First off, the place was extremely clean. We had fresh towels, fresh linen and the check n process was as smooth as butter. The view is what sold me, they actually care about the property, cabinets are updated, furniture is modern and even the fridge seemed brand new. This is my new go to when I visit family n San Diego. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re hosting family for an event or game night

Great location with plenty to do. The condo was spacious, well stocked and had nice amenities. Great location and attention to detail and the check-in process was easy. Right in the heart of little Italy with fantastic restaurants in the area. The amenities area on the 7th floor exceeded expectations - there was a full gym, pool, yoga/reformer areas, billiards room and social areas. You pay for parking, but it’s convenient a there were plenty of spaces available.

5 stars hands down! Great proximity to little Italy, the Amtrak station and airport, as well as hundreds of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The unit had amazing views and the building amenities were unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful space. Terrible service. Please be aware that this location has virtual hosts. I did not think that it would be a problem, except when I had questions that needed to be answered. I had to speak to multiple people to get clarity on information. Before I checked in, I called to ask about parking because I wanted to ensure that my car would be safe. When I checked out, my car was gone. After my car was towed, Kasa representatives wanted to give me all of the information that I needed to have beforehand. Just ridiculous! I have called to try and resolve the issue, but it's apparent that they are not taking me seriously. It's a shame because it's such a lovely space, but I would not recommend this Kasa location to anyone.

Amazing accommodation, great location Likes: EVERYTHING. This place blew my mind. Seamless check in, prompt communication, great spacious apartment with everything one needs and more - big well equipped kitchen, balcony, living and work areas, lots of closet space and even a washer and dryer in the unit. The gym and outdoor spaces are magnificent! Amazing location with lots of restaurants and stuff at walking distance, which is no small feat in California. Honestly I almost want to move in! Dislikes: The bed was a bit too soft for my liking and a bit small for me and my husband, but we're big people with particular preferences so this really is just nitpicking.

The place is the best. The amenities are amazing, and the location is great. The studio is a lot more spacious than I expected, which I loved.

I stay here often. Great location and amenities. This time the elevators were taking forever ... and that happens sometimes. The fobs also never seem to work for the amenities floors in one of the elevators and I could never remember which one so that was a bit of a hassle too but other than that no complaints! Great responsive host/customer service.

Kasa was a great alternative to pricey hotel A colleague and I decided to stay here instead of the expensive four-star marina area hotel where a conference we were attending is taking place. It was a great decision! The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit provided everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, and offered incredible amenities. This was our second time at Kasa Little Italy. We had a couple of hiccups with the thermostat and noisy bathroom fan… But the maintenance representative was very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Our family of four (including two energetic little ones) just wrapped up a two-week stay at this stunning 1-bedroom condo, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It is truly a high-end gem in one of San Diego’s best neighborhoods. Why We Loved It: Prime Location: Being in Little Italy meant we were steps away from world-class dining and the famous Saturday Farmers Market. It’s incredibly walkable, which is a lifesaver when you have kids in tow. Seamless Experience: Accessing the building was a breeze. From the moment we arrived, the service was remarkably responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. Sophisticated Comfort: The condo itself felt like a luxury retreat. It was impeccably designed with quality finishes and high end amenities incl gym, pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and it was functional enough to accommodate our family without feeling cramped. If you’re looking for a stylish, stress-free home base in San Diego that puts you right in the middle of the action while offering a quiet, upscale sanctuary, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

The mattress was not great one side clearly heavily used the other not so not the best for sleeping and should be replaced. There literally is zero service sooo

New Gem in Little Italy area We had a wonderful experience at this location. Traveling with two small children, it was great to have some extra living space over a traditional hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and personal care products were nice, and the full kitchen was very convenient. The full-service gym had great equipment and was the nicest of any place I've ever stayed. The hot tub and other common amenities were also all excellent. The location was also great for walking to many great spots in the downtown area. The only slight issue(s) we ran into were the pool not being heated (didn't stop our 5-year-old) and the key fob not always working on the elevators, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The place is very well located and clean. it is actually better than the photos may show. I Had an issue with the cooktop (which was promptly resolved) and the Door to the balcony do not lock (require attention with kids) - I had to buy a child safety lock at walll mart. Overall the stay was excellent

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and very clean and this is a great location. The room is a few blocks from Little Italy and the Trolley's. We would stay here again if we travel to San Diego.

We stayed at Kasa Little Italy in San Diego last weekend and loved it! Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with really nice linens and furnishings. Huge gym with everything one could want, including 2 Peloton bikes. The location was great - easy walk to Little Italy for dining and the bay front for exploring. My only regret was renting a car, which never left the garage the 3 days we were there. Highly recommend it!

Excellent Experience Great experience. Easy to check in. Virtual front desk was prompt in response. We had to extend our trip a day due to flight cancellation and it was extremely simple to do. They are very accommodating. The room was clean and perfect for our family. Highly, highly recommend staying.

Run, don't walk to Kasa in Little Italy! Location, views, amenities, layout of the flat, storage, comfy pillows and beds, thoughtful details throughout, all contributed to a magical stay. Top notch customer service--both via iMessage and on site (within minutes), we honestly didn't want to leave, and could see ourselves transported back to the USA in this incredible city, in this incredible flat. One small suggestion--a full-length mirror on one of the many available walls would be prima! Thank you, dear Kasa, for the wonderful hospitality, for thinking of every little detail, and for the immaculate condition of the place...Just wow!

Kasa is great. Centrally located, great amenities, spacious and clean. Loved the gym and the washer and dryer, plus kitchen with everything you need, even a blender!

Awesome location in Little Italy! We had a 2bed/2bath unit for four night. Absolutely awesome experience with a great facility. Edward at the front desk was great. He was friendly and helpful. My family highly recommends Kasa Little Italy!

Walking distance to Manchester Hyatt where my conference was. 3 blocks to trolley and 4 blocks to water. Little Italy and multiple great restaurants also a few blocks away. Property was clean and quiet with great amenities. I will stay here again when I return to San Diego.

I stay here regularly. I always give it five stars and rave about ... this time it wasn't quite 5-stars perfect but the customer service is extremely friendly, helpful & on point with their communication thru text/app... and the building is great so I won't let my picky little issues with the unit or one of the staff/employees cause me to lower my rating- they weren't that big of a deal and they made up for it with the great responsive overall service they provide. This particular unit was my least favorite but the the amenities in the building being so great made up for it. So... 5 stars again!
