Awesome stay at Kasa in Little Italy. Zero complaints. Kasa was immediately responsive to all of our questions. Easy to follow directions for parking and access to the room. Incredible amenities and clean environment. Perfect access to downtown SD and Little Italy. I would absolutely stay again!

O espaço estava ótimo e atendeu muito bem as nossas necessidades. As comodidades do prédio como piscina e academia são excelentes! O bairro tem muitos locais para ir a pé, e tem um estacionamento a poucos passos caso você não queira estacionar no local. Com certeza recomendo a estadia!

What a great spot to stay in for business or pleasure. Best location ever! This is now our go to place to stay while we are in San Diego.

Always Kasa! I booked a trip with my mother and her significant other and we had a fantastic day. We always can depend on Kasa. The apartment was beautiful, fully furnished along with great views and amenities. Highly recommend!

Bellissimo Likes: Struttura nuova posizionata a circa 15 min a piedi dal Gaslamp Quarter e vicino alla fermata della Trolley ( metropolitana di superficie) Little Italy dove passano 2 linee . In ogni caso nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse linee di bus con i quali può comodamente girare la città. Il mio bellissimo appartamento ( con vista ) era da 6 pers. quindi dotato di 2 camere da letto + un divano letto e due bagni. Bella e fen fornita la cucina : c’è tutto ciò che serve . Frigo e fornelli grandi e come tutto il resto nuovi. Presenti anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Bagni grandi e dotati dei comfort necessari in una struttura di questo livello. Devo dire che sono proprio rimasto stupito dalla bellezza anche delle aree comuni : a partire dalla grande palestra fino alla piscina con bel panorama e sempre esposta al sole. Disponibile per chi lo desidera una zona dotata di 4 grandi barbeque e tavoli annessi. C’è anche La virtual reception risponde sempre entro brevissimo tempo sempre gentile e disponibile. Dislikes: Nelle dotazioni dei vari appartamenti includerei aspirapolvere e cassaforte. Canali TV del circuito Roku quindi dimenticatevi i classici canali americani con dirette ed eventi sportivi qui ( credo ) a pagamento.

Amazing service thanks to Edward. Great location. Very clean apartment, almost everything is available for daily activities and everything is clean. Parking with them is 50$/night which I think is too much but otherwise 5/5.

Die Unterkunft war absolut modern, sehr gut eingerichtet und in einer zentralen Lage. Schlafen auf der Bettcouch war jedoch nicht möglich und unheimlich unbequem. Für kleine Kids sogar schmerzhaft durch die spürbaren Federn in der Matratze, daher wäre hier ein Upgrade nötig.

My girlfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in San Diego mainly little Italy and decided to stay here this was the best decision ever. I’ve stayed at other airports bnb’s and hotels in little Italy when I attend crssd festivals but this one beats them all. The room is so comfortable with beautiful views. The amenities this place offers is like no other for the price and location. They gifted us a cookie assortment and bottled beverages when we arrived I’ve never had that given to me anywhere I stayed, and they gave me free early check in I greatly appreciated the hospitality. I can’t wait to stay here again thank you so much for everything.

Great experience. A must stay. Great place, clean, comfortable and location proximity to convention center and restaurants. Neighbors are kind and helpful. I felt very safe and proximity to train was a perfect distance.

Great Place To Stay Clean hotel, many useful amenities, check in/out process was very easy to navigate. Great location, if you want to be in a central area. Not very quiet but not super noisy in the condo. That is to be expected in a downtown apartment Check out the sky deck for beautiful sunset views I also love that it’s dog friendly and the 1 bedroom king bed was the perfect amount of space for our week long stay. I could have stayed here for a month Also being treated to Tates cookies upon arrival was a great touch When we ran out of toilet paper, they delivered some very quickly. Thank you for that. Area for improvement: The pull out mattress from the couch is terrible though. That should be replaced with something more comfortable if anyone is planning to sleep on there. It’s basically metal springs wrapped in a sheet

This stay was so relaxing and peaceful. I was beyond impressed with Kasa. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful regarding all my needs. The building has an abundance of amenities such as a gym, pool, game room etc. I 100% will recommend Kasa Little Italy to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in San Diego as well as personally considering one of the longer term options for myself.
