Reviews of Kasa Little Italy San DiegoReviews of Kasa Little Italy San Diego

Apartments are fairly new so everything worked & was top quality. The area is very close to Little Italy for dining & close to bus & tram routes to access the rest of San Diego easily. It's a DIY check-in hotel but both the AI response & human responses were very prompt & helpful. Even the problem we had with payment for parking was sorted out without fuss. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.

This is a modern, clean rental unit with wonderful views, a few blocks from the heart of Little Italy. Lots of space, comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Probably one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. The location is in walkable distance to many tourist attractions. It gives you a hotel / apartment feel immediately, as the layout looks like a cozy studio and the building comes with beautiful amenities (including work space and outdoor pool). Staff were super friendly too - they even delivered my Instacart order straight to my room - way beyond expectations. It’s so close to Balboa Park, and it’s also in middle of La Jolla and Coronado Island - so it has been really easy to get to many different places in San Diego area.

I stayed with Kasa Little Italy for about a week and my experience has been great! The rooms are nice and clean, my reservation also comes with all modern amenities inside the building (gym, pool, meeting rooms, lounge, etc.) The staff are super friendly, the location is one block away from Little Italy and walking distance to the waterfront. If you are traveling in San Diego and want to explore the city, this location is close to Balboa Park, it’s also in middle of La Jolla and Coronado island, so it’s not too far from anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend!

The best house in town. Perfect for my family.

I was in San Diego for a business trip, and this Kasa location was great for where I needed to be. It's in walking distance to the Little Italy restaurants and was only about a 20 Minute walk to my business meetings.

Very nice everything was walking distance

GREAT PLACE GREAT AMENITIES Love the place! Building. Amenities all was great and in a safe nice neighborhood. I will be definitely staying here again

This place is an okay choice for now (I’m sure prices will go up once it is more established bc they always do) if your top priority is having a lot of space and being walkable to Little Italy. That’s what we were looking for. However, we ended up really frustrated with just a huge list of little ways that this place doesn’t really deliver. Like they make it sound so convenient to just text them with needs, but we only ever got AI responses and they were very delayed and sometimes not even correct, like we asked for dishwasher soap and the day afterwards (after buying some ourselves) when they finally showed up they brought hand soap. Nobody was ever at the front desk. I didn’t realize how much I value the staff that hotels have until we stayed at this place. The design also looks nice but isn’t functional - a noticeable lack of doors everywhere even on our bathroom, our smoke alarm was falling out of the wall, no place to set our shampoo etc bc the shower rack broke off the wall, no real clothes storage in the primary bedroom, toilet seats kept sliding off, the mattresses are queen size but set on top of twin size platforms so the mattresses sag a lot on the edges (sleeping was never comfortable.) The lights were on timers so I kept being left in the dark in the shower, and the bathroom fan doesn’t have an off switch so you have to listen to it 24/7 which is maddening. There are not enough outlets or chairs and DO NOT get tricked into paying for parking. Unnecessary.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It's like staying in a luxury boutique hotel. All the wonderful amenities of home, kitchen, laundry, beautiful closet and bathroom. The shared spaces was gorgeous! Wish we could live here.

Excellent

Great place for a staycation, better than the photos!!!!:)

Great stay quite place with views

Truly a great experience. Its in the details! Great amenities and high quality everything. Sauna and gym are amazing. Hope they keep it like this!

Amazing place. Great experience. Much better than a similar price hotel Likes: Very new. Impeccable service and facilities. Sauna, gym and great common areas. Truly amazing place snd experience. Better than what i expected by far

(Translated by Google) Our stay was fantastic all around! The rooms are large, modern, and furnished to a high standard. The garage is very large, and there were plenty of free spaces – very convenient! The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot. Service inquiries via email were answered promptly. A real highlight was the additional amenities: a pool, gym, sky deck, pool table, massage table, and more – all well-maintained and of a very high quality. We would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

Would book again!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Amenities are unreal and make the place that much more worth it, if anything we underpaid. The gym and pool are great and views from the rooftop are surreal. Communication was excellent and a special shoutout to Chuck from customer service for his incredible work to help us out.

Great place, very comfortable

Superb Stay Excellent location with spectacular views. Walking distance to India St of Little Italy, as well as the harbor. The place is clean and well-stocked. Edward at the front desk was extremely helpful, and showcased wonderful service. All this put together, we were able to manage a toddler and infant smoothly. Will certainly stay here again when we return to San Diego.

Amazing team and place !!

Very clean and super organized

The place was really nice, the included amenities were great and I wish I had more time to enjoy them.

Great place, very clean and was more spacious than the pictures. Would recommend

Very nice place!

My husband did the layout for the building so getting to let him experience it when it’s finished was amazing!

Beautiful views, great amenities.

I can’t say enough about this apartment!! I loved it so much!! Thank you so much for letting us stay

The two bedroom condo was fantastic. Had a corner location. Great views both sides. Excellent furnishings and full kitchen equipment, pots, pans, plates etc. Pool, gym, game room, meeting rooms, multiple lounges were first rate. Only thing I didn't like was that it seemed you had to just interact online to get registered, deal with issues, etc, but then I saw the phone number, called it, and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Oh, location is also great. Lots of restaurants. Easy access to Balboa Park and the harbor. Overall, I wouldn't stay at any other place. This is great.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The shared facilities, (pool, gym, games room) were all fantastic. Having a washer and drier in the unit was very convenient and the space offered perfect views of the sea. The only small downside was comfort of the sofa bed, this was not comfortable at all so would be looking at a larger unit for any group above 2. Fantastic property overall

Wonderful stay - parking too pricey Likes: Everything was incredibly perfect! Dislikes: The parking is really expensive

It was nice and clean very responsive

Was a nice stay

Loved both stays with Kasa, will book again for every SD trip! I’ve stayed with Kasa twice now, and both experiences have been great overall. My first stay was back in May for my birthday. We booked a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a wraparound balcony that offered stunning views of the city and the bay. While there were a couple of hiccups during that visit, I shared my feedback in the post-stay survey, and Kasa responded quickly and professionally by offering a discount on a future stay which I really appreciated. Most recently, I stayed again in September, this time in what I believe was a studio (though I’m pretty sure I was upgraded to a 1-bedroom—thank you, Kasa!). Everything about the experience was smooth and hassle-free. I love how seamless the process is no front desk, no waiting, and all communication is done via text. They’re incredibly responsive and helpful!! One of my favorite things about staying with Kasa is the “home away from home” feeling. It doesn’t feel like a typical hotel or even an Airbnb it genuinely feels like you live there. Kasa has definitely earned my loyalty. I’ll be booking with them for all my future trips to San Diego! 🤍

Staying at Kasas’s place was hands down the best part of my trip to San Diego! The home itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—close enough to enjoy all the best of San Diego, yet still quiet and relaxing when you come back at the end of the day. What truly stood out, though, was the welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Whether I was exploring the city or just lounging at the property, I honestly felt like I had the best of San Diego right here. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommend—this place isn’t just a stay, it’s the highlight of the San Diego experience!

Loved the location! Very near a bunch of great restaurants. Stay had various great amenities!

Very quiet in building and the outside noise was low for a city

Great central location in walking distance to restaurant's and bars. Quick service/assistance via text message. There is a pool, sauna, fitness studio and fire pits on the 7th floor. Apartments are modern and clean and well equipped. Overall a great stay and we will be back!

Fantastic place to stay and the Kasa team is amazing to work with.

Beautiful property, close to everything with a stunning amenities floor! Everything you could want in a super secure, safe location.

Will be back, great place
