Un lugar excelente para vacacionar, cerca de un lugar con mucha vida

Kasa Little Italy was perfect and Kasa was very responsive!

Everything about our stay was 5 stars… the room was perfect for a couples getaway (we stayed in a studio), the amenities literally gave you a resort vibe. We used the gym and I have to say I was obsessed. It’s open, clean and has everything you need. The pool was relaxing and temperatures were perfect. Small view of the ocean. We walked just about everywhere and were close to the train and trolley system. We came for my husband’s birthday and they left a sweet treat for us to bring in the celebration. Everyone we came across at the pools, elevators, etc, were all very kind too. No stress there… melts away once in the doors. We would love to revisit again one day! Thanks to all who do what they do to make this place what it is!

We had a great stay at Kasa Little Italy! The space was exceptionally clean, modern, and stylish. The location is perfect—walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and everything Little Italy has to offer. We especially enjoyed the 7th floor amenities, which added a fun and relaxing vibe to our stay. Everything felt new and well designed. I’d definitely come back!

TThe staff was very professional, hands-on, and quick to respond. Everything was 100% five stars all the way; thank you for quick responding via text 24/7. When you need a location to call home for a few weeks at a time, this is the place: beautiful location, great staff.

Clean, new, nice, amenities galore, and close to the best restaurants

Kasa Little Italy is home away from home!

Great place to stay, we loved it. It was very clean and nice, good size kitchen with everything you need, great view.. we will be back!

Super , top emplacement , appartement parfait

Great amenities, ideal location. Walking distance to harbor and farmers market. The building was nice and modern. The unit was very clean and posh. Absolutely loved my stay. Great bath products. Plus awesome amenities, hands down best gym i had access to on vacay. They even had a pourover coffee maker, got beans from coffee shop across the street.

Really displeased with the level of 24/7 care/ maintenance. I spent two hours trying to text with them when my thermostat was not working and no way to control ac …and unable to get text response or repair in timely manner. this is a pricey room and not having proper assistance to get this done and spending my whole evening on this was a huge bummer:))

I will be back

Second time visiting and I will be back again.

Nonexistent customer service - literally no one to help even basic issues My autistic son is sitting in an 80 degree bedroom because the ac isn't working and he is not feeling well and needs a quiet space. The thermostat has not been working since we got here 2 days ago. I texted the number they told me to and was assured someone would be in touch. 24 hours go by. I texted again. No one has any idea that there is an issue but they will be sure to get back to me when quickly. 18 hours later, they have someone drop off a portable air conditioner that only works sometimes, requires you to keep the door to the porch open, and only cools about 1/5 of the apartment. Again, assured that this will all be fixed soon. I have seen “rest assured, we have alerted the on site staff that there is an issue and will update you soon” so many times! News flash: there is no onsite staff. So I come on here hoping that someone from corporate will see this and actually help me because again, my sick kid is sitting in a bedroom without air conditioning (he won’t/cannot be in the 20% of the apartment that is cool enough).

Amazing place with great amenities and in downtown

Great location and space was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was one block away from San Diego Marathon finish line. Communication, services, and property were great! Awesome stay and will definitely refer friends and family.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment with ocean view. Room seemed brand new, super clean, had everything we needed in a great kitchen. Decor is minimal which is fine. Amenities are outstanding. Gym, massage, pool, outdoor lounge, games room. Process was pretty seamless. Residents were all very polite. I can see why they would be wary of short term guests using long term residents facilities, it’s a high end building, but if you are respectful of amenities everyone was pretty welcoming. Will be back next visit.

Wonderful location. Clean.

Great stay! Lots of amenities and good location. There is construction going on nearby but they thoughtfully provided earplugs and noise machine for each room of our apt.

This was our first time staying at an apartment hotel. We chose this instead of a regular hotel because we have two little kiddos so the kitchen and the washing machine would be very convenient. The location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Parking was easy on B3 but very expensive. Everything in the apartment was clean and seemed fairly new. We requested a high chair and a crib (playpen) and it was already set up waiting when we arrived. The kitchen had all the basic equipment you would need. The pool seemed very nice on 7th floor. We couldn't hear noise from neighbours only if they were walking by outside our door and saying something loud. As for cons, we would have preferred a bathtub or a hand held shower head. It was difficult to shower the little kids. (The water pressure was also very weak.) Also, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as it felt like all the springs were digging into your body. We contacted customer service about the uncomfortable sofa bed issue and our dirty knife set. They quickly brought a new knife set. They didn't really have a solution for the sofa bed but we requested extra blankets/duvet to help with the bed issue (as I ended up sleeping on the sofa for 6 nights). They also brought those promptly. Their customer service was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kasa and hope to stay at other Kasas in the future.

Such a cute apartment and so clean!

Great place to stay.

Nice place! Nice bedding sheets. Nice amenities. However, the description is super misleading. I was specifically looking for 2 beds and I literally filtered 2 beds only. This place claims that they have 2 beds but it actually only came with one queen bed and a very very very uncomfortable sofa bed. I hope the host can explain well to potential guests who are like me trying to actually get 2 beds for the stay. I wouldn’t book this with the price tag of knowing it comes with 1 bed only.

Place was very nice, location was great and central to all of our planned activities. Amenities of the building were fantastic, we enjoyed the pool, gym and billiard room often. My only complaint is what we were charged for parking o top of what we already paid for the stay. $50 a day to park in a garage that was nearly empty every day we were here felt like extortion. We have a rental car, and there’s no available street parking, so they have you and they know it. Just feels greedy and left a bad taste.

Perfect place to stay in San Diego, very walkable and close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Apartamento limpo, espaço é muito bem localizado! Gostamos bastante.

The view was beautiful Check in was

Completely exceeded expectations. The hotel’s location was excellent—within walking distance to the Little Italy restaurant district and the waterfront. The room was spotless and well-organized, with modern, fully equipped amenities. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

Listing is as described. Would definitely recommend for an urban stay in SD. Parking is an additional significant cost but par for the course for the city accessibility.

Excellent in all categories we will stay there agsin

The place exceeded my expectations I had no idea how luxurious the whole experience would be. it was very reasonable for the quality of the amenities and very peaceful. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. We were all in heaven as could be together or could also have time out from each others and use the gym have a massage etc it was like a retreat in the city. Thank you

Good place to stay and love the neighbourhood

Had a great time at Kasa! Check in and check out was so easy! They were so accommodating when I asked if I can store my luggage before check in and after check out. We also absolutely love the amenities. The pool was stunning! Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful place to stay with a lot of amenities that aren’t expected. Walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. We loved it!!

Nice and clean

Super clean apartment, easy check in and out.

Everything was so well taken care and the staff so hospitable that the trip was unforgettable! Everything in Downtown and Little Italy was absolutely walkable and the views were stunning! Would absolutely encourage all to stay here! Great value as well.

Great for family with little kids. Great place. Very comfortable and clean. My family loved it. It was extremely convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer! I was able to prepare breakfast for the family and late dinner. I loved the view and the patio! The fact that everything was handled virtually was extremely convenient and fast! The detailed instructions for parking and checking were excellent.

Fantastic!! So much fun! Amenities were amazing!!

Went there for my husband 70th birthday. We had a fabulous time.

Kasa was a great location, perfect for walking to the convention center and to so many yummy restaurants. We loved the special accommodations on the seventh floor. They were a great addition to our week stay. We didn't have a car so I loved that we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers while waiting for our check in time.

We were in town for work and needed to be within walking distance so this was great. Wonderful building & amenities. The studios are well planned out so you actually have storage! Was on the expensive end but I think that also was because we we there during the 4th of July or the current economy (maybe ) ? I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, walkable apartment with great management Outstanding communication. Beautiful apartment with a water view. Very walkable location. Easy self check-in. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend Kasa and these apartments!
