Definitely recommend for family stay We will definitely stay here again. Beds were so comfortable. The master bathroom had a huge closet which was great bc we were staying a week. Detailed instructions on where to park and how to access the building and room were texted the day of. Beautiful views and loved being able to go out on balcony to enjoy the amazing weather. Close to restaurants and the harbor and MTS were in walking distance.

This aparthotel was so amazing! Little Italy was close and so was everything in Downtown. The staff was so hospitable and kind, doing everything they could to alleviate any issues! The rooms were so comfortable, the appliances great and the bathrooms were remarkably well kept. The balcony had great views of the city and water, it was breathtaking because the living room had a panoramic view! As far as Kasa's service going above and beyond, we even had an incident where one of the kitchen utensils couldn't withstand the stove heat, and they were quick to replace it without charge! I will absolutely be staying here again, and would encourage everyone to do the same!

The place overall is great kasa is one of the best places i stayed at in a while from the room to the kitchen! Everything was nice and neat especially with a washer n dryer in the apartment for convenient! But there’s a lot of noses because of construction going on n a lot of homeless people, the gym is amazing lack of some equipment but I can’t be picky especially on vacation.

Here’s a clear and grammatically corrected version of your review: ⸻ Good, clean hotel, but the room was a bit different from what was pictured. The photos for the property showed both a dining table and an office desk. However, our one-bedroom unit lacked both, making dining or working in the unit nearly impossible. The main reason I booked an apartment-style hotel was to have space to work quietly while my family slept, as well as to cook and eat meals in our unit instead of fighting traffic to dine out. What’s the point of a fully equipped kitchen if there’s nowhere to sit and eat? Very disappointed. WOULD NOT RECOMMAND.

If I could give 0 stars I would despite this place being beautiful on the inside and the amenities as well, there’s absolutely no customer service. They advertise that it’s all digital but the guest service team doesn’t even respond at all Despite numerous attempts. When we finally got into our room it was so insanely hot, the AC wasn’t on or so we thought.. it’s broken. They put us in a room with no AC & the plug in conditioning units are blowing out hot air. It’s 78 degrees in the room and we’ve called, texted, and emailed several times with no response. We booked for 4 days but will be canceling the rest of the days and booking with a REAL hotel with actual reliable customer service. Not to mention the residence side of the hotel is so rude, judgmental and no help either. Absolutely no communication. Ridiculous.

Amazing Place!!! Beautiful and Clean Excellent Place! Let me say that we live in San Diego, East County and wanted a downtown staycation for my birthday. This place exceeded all expectations. From the pristine pool area to the room itself, it was all good. We enjoyed being within walking distance to fine dining, the Harbor and there were close by markets for those little things like cold beer! I would recommend this place for sure. Oh, and the washer and dryer is a great benefit!

A sanctuary in the city Kasa Little Italy was a sanctuary for us. It was stylish, clean and quiet. We were on a longer roadtrip and the washing and drying of clothes was a good refresher for us. The only drawback was that the pull-out couch was hard to sleep on and I wouldn’t recommend that for a longer stay. Other than that it was the perfect stay for a vacation in the city. The lounge and game room was a nice feature we loved, but I thought we wouldn’t use. Great pool area with a nice and warm spa pool in addition to the ordinary.

Beautiful condo with great amenities and a perfect location. Very walkable to the harbor area, Little Italy - lots of restaurants, coffee shops, local markets, etc. The condo was very clean with new appliances, and everything you might need to make dinner, do your laundry, and enjoy an evening in. The gym had everything you could want, and the 7th floor also had a great work area in addition to the pool, hot tub, and massage room. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host - we had a couple of small maintenance issues, and they were resolved quickly. Thanks for a great stay - highly recommend.

Amazing 😻 Amazing stay, very responsible online host with 24/7 availability, room equipped with kitchen and dishwasher/dryer, and very comfortable bed, all free amenities in the building, good quiet neighborhood, Little Italy quarter just block away with so many good restaurants, all recommendations for Casa and their apartments. This is THE place to stay!! I cannot say enough nice things about this beautiful place!!! The views were so so impressive and very important to me! We stayed on the 10th floor facing the ocean. Huge kitchen with all the bells and whistles! Bedrooms were spacious and so modern. The pool and spa were heaven!!! The place has the nicest gym and sauna and the customer service was over the top. I would stay here again and again. 10/10! Best neighborhood too.

We had a wonderful stay at Kasa, the room was well equipped and clean. The rooms were quiet and couldn’t hear any nearby neighbors. The views are AMAZING. The amenities area was beautiful and clean. My daughters had a blast in the pool area. We would definitely like to stay again.

Lovely Stay Place was very clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities on floor 7 were an extra bonus. Great location from the airport and great food. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t wait to get back! Perfect size room with plenty of space for storage lounging etc. First time choosing a condo style stay and will probably go this route moving forward. Biggest thing for us is because we love to cook breakfast in the morning. We hopped to the farmers market and got bread, eggs fruit etc and had breakfast at the condo throughout the trip. Location is great and short walking distance to get to middway and catch the ferry to Coronado or if you rent a car like we did the 5 is right around the corner so you can shoot to La Jolla! C

Perfect place to stay and enjoy San Diego We stayed for 6 nights. Overall our kasa was just perfect. It was modern and spacious with large wall to wall windows letting a lot of natural light come in. The bedding was top quality. We also enjoyed five star facilities like gym, sauna and pool + spa. The kitchen was fully functional as well. We really enjoyed preparing our lunch everyday! Most importantly, the service staff was super responsive and helpful. There was not a single thing we wished to be different. Would love to come back and stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at KASA San Diego! The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do and we felt secure in the neighborhood. The space was modern, clean, with a spacious common area and very comfortable queen size beds. The gym and pool area was definitely a bonus for our group. Communication was responsive from start to finish, which made check-in and any questions a breeze. We felt right at home and will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

This is very much like AirBnb , reservation and all interaction done via text only. The room was very nice with good view of Harbor, amazing location close to little Italy, Gas Lamp, 15-20 mins away from La Jolla, Torrey Pines and Balboa Park and many good restaurant. The building provides lots of amenities; pool, hot tub, massage room, Pilates, billiards, conference room, study room, weights and many other cardio equipment. I would definitely consider staying there again

By far best place I’ve stayed in SD By far my favorite place I’ve stayed in San Diego. Well equipped and decorated, the room was lovely and comfortable. Bay view was nice. Amenities were wonderful. Location was great— could walk lots of places and close to the train station and the trolley. Online check in and out and dashboard made the process easy.

This air bnb was amazing! So beautiful, modern, clean and new. The bed was so comfortable, I slept so well! It was literally a 30 second walk to Starbucks and the amenities were gorgeous. I highly recommend checking them out, the rooftop was spectacular. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back soon!

I highly recommend checking them out, the rooftop was spectacular. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back soon!
