Apparently there are two parking structures and you need to guess the right one which we didn’t so the code let us in but wrong structure. Couldn’t enter our place at 4:00 cleaning not done had to wait 45 minutes! Excessive check out procedures and texts to check out! I know how to leave at the correct time and two many steps to assure you we were gone!

The hotel was beautiful. No complaints except the the breaker around the bed kept popping. They were very responsive and brought up maintenance and an electrician but after 4 hours it popped again. They were never able to fully resolve this during our 3 night stay but they did try.

Our place was incredibly clean and so beautiful. It looks just as it does in the photos. The Kasa team was very responsive and helpful. The location of the place was also convenient. We pretty much walked everywhere we needed to go whether it was in Little Italy, Downtown, or Gaslamp. The amenities of the place were also really great. The rooms are part of The Lindley luxury apartment building which is a relatively new development so everything is in top condition. The amenities were also really great. Brand new gym with top of the line equipment. Beautiful pool. Sauna was great. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here for future stays in SD. my only minor issue with the place is the 4:00 check in. Wish they would let us check in Sooner. Other than that, AMAZING!!

Hopped over to San Diego for a quick getaway and stayed at Kasa. Gorgeous building, lovely room, very safe and clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and available when needed (however, we didn't need anything!). We were close enough to Little Italy to enjoy it, but just a block away from all of the hustle and bustle so we were able to enjoy privacy and quiet. In one direction, we were able to walk down to Seaport Village and in the other direction we had a ton of delicious restaurants and cool shops in Little Italy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again.

Just stayed at Kasa from Thursday to Sunday and there is nothing I could possibly complain about. The building is in a great location, the lobby and room was gorgeous and safe, and I received regular texts throughout my stay offering support if needed. We got there four hours before check in and we were able to use a large locker for our suitcases so that we weren't wheeling those around for four hours! I would definitely stay there again.

The property was amazing. 2 small issues. 1. It was confusing what building amenities were included. There was a placard saying all amenities included showing pool, hot tub, gym etc. but that floor seemed to be off limits to Kasa guests. 2. The pullout was very uncomfortable - next time we will book a 2 bedroom if all amenities are included.

This room was beautiful and we loved the location. Every question was answered promptly one gripe would be there weren't any luggage carts available during check-in or check-out but even that is not a huge issue. We are counting down the days until we can schedule another vacation. I loved the kitchen area and had a few gourmet moments as it was so well stocked. It had almost every appliance and kitchen utensil needed (no cheese grater) or at least enough to throw down in the kitchen. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud and we had an amazing view from the 11th floor. Thanks again for a great place to lay our heads for the weekend.

I was pleasantly surprised when i walked in. It was very spacious. The pictures online does not do it justice. It was sparkling clean, great location, the bed was comfortable. My daughter said the sofa sleeper was extremely comfortable as well. It’s the best stay I’ve ever had. I stay in only 4 stars. It may not mean anything to anyone else but it was “budget happy”. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this location.

I have so many positive things to say about this property. I was traveling with my family of 4, and we all slept very comfortably. The location was very walkable to everything we wanted to do while in SD. The checking in and out process was very straightforward and easy, the ammonites were perfect. Free luggage storage was a bonus. A must stay!

Great stay. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. The room was beautiful, clean, smelled good, and had everything I needed. Iron, kitchen supplies, etc. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice large bathroom, I loved everything! Super easy check in. They also had a secure heated parking garage for me to park in. Amazing. Having the gym downstairs was awesome and convenient and set me up everyday to feel great and enjoy a beautiful city!! I’ll certainly be back. :)

There is a balcony with view to the sea on the side. There are amazing amenities in the building, don’t forget to take your gear with you. The gym is super motivating. There is a games room with billiards, a Shauna and many more.

Loved the Kasa experience. Nice new building with great amenities! I needed a full kitchen for my stay and it delivered with all items I needed even salt, pepper and olive oil. The only drawback for me was the noise at 0700 from construction and people on balcony in the room next door late at night. My room was on the bay side so I’d probably try the city side next time. Overall great product when you’d rather have an apartment over a hotel stay.

The apartment building is close to Little Italy and 10 minute walk to the ocean front where the Tall Ship is moored. Starbucks across the street and a variety of restaurant's and coffee shops in Little Italy or the Gaslamp District. Also, be sure to catch the Farmers Market in Little Italy. Great alternative to pricey hotels in the area! A colleague and I stayed at the Kasa San Diego while attending a conference in the area. Instead of staying at the pricey hotel, we opted for Kasa's 2BR/2BA apartment. What a great decision! The property was beyond our expectations. The amenities were amazing, though we were unable to avail ourselves of them because of our work schedule. Starbucks on the corner, but restaurants were a bit of a longer walk - but still nearby. We highly recommend it and hope to return in the future.
