The place was beautiful and felt new, and the staff there were so nice and helpful! Felt like home!

I used to stay at the Westin until i found Kasa. I always stay there as it is nice to have all the amenities and the apartment feel for traveling so it makes it a little easier.

Amazing experience from start to finish!

I went on a solo trip as a female and I felt very safe here. It was very clean and there were many amenities. I was very impressed.

Wonderful Facilities, Perfect Location Likes: Casa Italy offered modern, fully equipped facilities that made our stay very comfortable. The property is strategically located in the heart of San Diego, which made it easy to move around and enjoy the city. Although we experienced an initial inconvenience with the room assignment, once settled in the suite we had originally booked, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff’s attention throughout our stay ensured that we were supported at all times, which we truly appreciated. Overall, Casa Italy combines excellent facilities with a prime location and attentive service, making it a solid choice for visitors to San Diego. Dislikes: We reserved a two-bedroom interior suite for 3 nights and 4 days. However, on the first night, the system assigned us two separate one-bedroom units — one on the 8th floor and the other on the 9th floor. This meant that my family had to sleep apart that night, and we lost half a day dealing with check-in and then moving out of those rooms before finally entering the suite we had originally booked on the second night. That said, I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the host’s staff. They were attentive and helpful both over the phone and via WhatsApp, and special thanks go to the young man M.J. at the reception desk, who treated us with great kindness. Overall, while the initial experience was inconvenient, we felt well taken care of thanks to the staff’s professionalism and support throughout our stay.

Very Perfect !

Well located to Little Italy, not far from harbor, clean and efficient.

Great for families and great location Very responsive staff. Being able to text all your needs and requests was a game changer for our family, it made everything much easier. The room was modern with an abundance of cabinet space - essential when traveling with kids. The pool was really nice and there’s a common area with a pool table on the same floor. Parking was so easy, check in was made simple with codes sent directly to your phone. The hotel overdelivers in communication. The location had everything we needed within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

amazing experience, will be back Likes: gym and pool were gorgeous, located in a convenient area, amazing price, very updated and modern place Dislikes: my only complaint about the entire stay was the smell of urine as you exit the building. definitely not a dealbreaker because i did absolutely love it but maybe they could spray the sidewalks outside of the building to help with this.

I may have missed the additional cost for parking but if not, my only feedback would be to make that more visible. Otherwise, we had a great time and the facility was fantastic! BT

I love Kasa. It's clean, everyone is super friendly and the recreation area & pool area is great!

Waste of money Likes: Amenities Dislikes: Sheets are so uncomfortable, balcony glass was so dirty and I was looking forward to taking pictures there, staff is rude, so expensive for what it is, couldn’t rest comfortably because since parking is not included despite the high stay rate, I had to pay for cheaper overnight parking which expires at 9am

Very lovely place. The pool is great and sunny all day with shade if you need it. The room was clean, plenty of space, and we spent a lot of time in the evenings on the deck. So many great restaurants in walking distance as well. Lots of dogs, so great if you’re a dog lover. We’ll be back!

Great location next to so many wonderful restaurants in Little Italy and a short walk to the waterfront. Beautiful amenities! The staff was friendly and responded quickly to all of our needs.

My little daughter really loved her weekend kasa. Loved the pool incredibly. Thank you for having us in such a beautiful property.

I would recommend brighter signage in the parking structure to help guide guest to the reserved parking locations.

Location was perfect and the atmosphere in the room was decorated so nice. The buildings amenities were top notch. We felt it was a great value for what it is. The room was clean and the noise level was a zero. Especially loved the rooftop watching sunset over the pacific. Can’t wait to go back for a long weekend!

Kasa ia a wonderful option for flexibility and access.

My tween son and I stayed at Kasa Little Italy for 5 nights. In short, this was a great decision! We loved our space, with the balcony, washer/dryer, full kitchen. We packed light, saved on fees to check bags, because we knew we’d be able to do laundry. It’s not noted as an included amenity, but laundry detergent pods are provided. We loved seeing people with dogs everywhere, because Kasa is pet-friendly. We appreciated being able to store luggage in a locker after we checked out at 11am, as we didn’t want it with us until almost 4pm. If you do this just note that your access number will no longer unlock the door to get it. Someone in the lobby kindly let us in. I’d happily stay at Kasa Little Italy again.

We had to move to Kasa temporarily while our home is under repair. Kasa couldn’t have made it feel more like home. the entire team has been extremely accommodating. I can’t thank them enough. Truly if you are looking for home away from home - kasa is for you.

A wonderful place to start exploring San Diego. Likes: I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Kasa Little Italy hotel. We travelled together with my wife and child and we booked 2-bedroom apartment. There is much more space and freedom for a family here than in a regular hotel room. A very clean kitchen with everything you need. We bought groceries at Ralphs store or at the nearby 7-Eleven. In the evening, we could sit on the balcony and watch the nightlife of the city with a glass of wine. We also regularly used the swimming pool, sauna, gym, and massage chair. I especially recommend this hotel for families with children, as the extra space allows you to truly relax and enjoy the magical vibe of San Diego. Dislikes: Perhaps the beds were a little too soft for me, However, this didn’t stop me from getting a good night’s sleep in a new place. The wooden floor near the bathroom was slightly swollen in one spot, possibly due to a minor previous water leak.

This condo is first class!! Pictures are actually what you get. Lots of windows for excellent views. The balcony with two chairs and a table was fantastic and nice to sit on, enjoys drinks and the city view and vib. Desk area was comfortable to work at and somewhat separated from the main living area for some privacy. Main living area was open and wonderful for cooking, eating and sitting together. We had a one bedroom condo and it felt private with lots of storage and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was HUGE and well appointed. Easy in and out for the property with convenient parking in site. Easy to walk to little Italy and many other downtown restaurants, bars and activities. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!!

Perfect place, except the parking Likes: Perfect design room, pool, kitchen including. Dislikes: Parking available for an additional fee.

10/10 would stay again Likes: the amenities were perfect. the pool was nice and the rooms were clean Dislikes: the only thing is parking can be difficult around town, i would suggest just paying for their parking

Likes: Great location and the rooms were huge great for a family of 4. It was nice that we were able to bring our fur baby with us. The staff are very friendly and place is extremely nice. Dislikes: I wish that the showers had the option for hand held hoses. Its really difficult when you are bathing a small child and the shower does not extend. The beds were a little lumpy but overall the whole place was amazing! We will definatley be back and hoping that the shower heads will be updated by then. :)

Luxurious, modern, great location, could be less "contacless" Likes: The property very moden, maybe to modern :) Great location, great view, close to the airport, very spacious and great for families who want to feel like at home. The gym is good, nice pool table and swimming pool though we didn't go there. The place was very clean. Dislikes: We knew that we will do a self check in / out but it fellt strange. when you enter the place is not from the main entrence which is for the residents of the place though you go to the same elivator. Need a chip (which you get) to get in the amenities floor, from there to enter the pool you need to use the chip again or you room code, not sure why. The sofa was not that comfortable, all the chairs squeeks, The parking is expensive, around 50$ a day.

The building was very quiet and the bay/city view from the apartment was great! It is located near many good restaurants and activities which was convenient. When we first arrived the building access code did not work, but I received a new code that worked immediately after requesting one, and we had an early check-in, so we were very satisfied with that. Also, we had to sweep the floors because there were some crumbs on the ground, and the bathtub had a hair hanging out of the drain, but the rooms themselves were pretty clean. Overall, we had a great stay!
