Check in started out smooth. I was able to receive my check in code early which was a huge help for someone who flew all day and was rolling around luggage until I could get in. However, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. Dirty bed, dishes in the sink… it was clear it hadn’t been reset after the last guest. I spent an hour waiting on hold with support in order to move me to a new room. They bumped me up to a 2br but that did me no good since I was a solo traveler. I’d rather have a partial refund for the hassle honestly. Not sure I would choose Kasa again. The location was perfect but I was really disappointed in my initial hurdles getting a room.

Fantastic location, easy access, great communication.

Likes: The apartment was clean and the location was great. The bathroom was nice and it had everything indicated in the description. Dislikes: The apartment door was faulty, making it quite difficult to open. I'm certain this was a known issue that had not been addressed. I didn't love the layout of the apartment which was long and narrow.

Very strong bad odor in the unit. They responded that someone would address it but never did.

The house was dusty, the carpet was not clean, floor was dirty, towels had stains, the shower was broken. The location was great but the apartment needs better cleaning and maintenance.

We had a great stay at Kasa Denver. It was conveniently located in town and we were able to get around everywhere by foot, scooter, or uber. The check in process was very simple as well. The hosts were quick to respond to questions we had. The place itself was clean and quiet. We had no complaints and would definitely be back.

Really great location and good communication. The airbnb was a little messy with a bunch of woman’s hair left over from the last guests… they wouldn’t let us store luggage even though there was a spot for it in the basement. The showers had shampoo, lotion, and hand soap stocked with no body wash. The ice machine was also very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Overall, great location and spot. Wish they cleaned a little better and made it feel more personable vs commercial.

this place is terrible and they are woefully unresponsive. I had several maintenance issues which made the kitchen basically useless, the shower door was broken, and the hallway smelled of rotting fish. they never got maintenance over. the walls are paper thin. the fact that they are marketing this as a 4 star property is truly comical, I'd rather stay at a motel 6!

I would highly recommend this space for anyone who is interested in Denver! This was my first time in CO and I was able to get to everything I needed to! I mainly visited due to a concert at the Ball Arena and this location was a very convenient distance from it. Everything was clean and the host was extremely helpful, nice, respectful and responsive! The bed was very comfortable and the space itself was set up with good intentions! Love!! Will be coming back. 😇

We stayed there for six nights and on our first night I didn’t know the unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. There was no communication at anytime and not written in any of the description that there was no elevator. We had large heavy suitcases and gear since we were there for a week for my daughter’s softball tournament. I have issues with my foot and had a handicap pass to which I showed them as proof they should have warned me or at least put me in a lower level. Then the TV didn’t work the first night. I spent half my evening going back-and-forth with them trying to figure out what the issue was. The next day they ended up fixing it 24 hours later though. Only two towels total in the whole place. Lastly, I grabbed sheets from the closet because I was going to sleep on the couch and the top sheet was crumpled up and shoved into the big plastic bag with a comforter and smelled like perfume, the bottom sheet had bloody boogers. Ask for a 1 day refund they gave me $50

Great location. Close to downtown. Many walkable restaurants.

Queen studio. Smaller than expected but got the job done for 2 people. No issue with noise/AC/wifi. Location is perfect for downtown/boulder/stadium activities. There’s a food hall (with bars and coffee) literally right next door. Paid $25 for parking each night with no issues getting a spot even with all the rooms booked.

Kasa LoHi worked so well for my trip. I was able to walk where I needed to go. It was clean and comfortable.

Great place located in the lower highlands of Denver!

Our stay was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants. Comfortable bed. Great living room space. It was perfect for what we needed.

Location is great and room was clean but it’s very obvious they cut a lot of corners to keep their costs down and maximize profits. Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away. WiFi info was also wrong on in-room information and the only way to watch TV is to login to your own streaming accounts. Kitchen amenities were limited. Cooking stuff was all that toxic cheap plastic and teflon crap. Laundry amenities consisted of a single unvented washer-dryer combo that literally took 6 hours to do a single small load and sounded like a jet was landing in the apartment. Window unit in the bedroom buzzed incessantly and the windows aren’t adequately insulated so the noise from the highway was terrible and decent sleep impossible. Bed was a cheap futon. Decent for the price, but nothing to write home about.

Location can’t be beat. The main entry immediately inside the door has 2 sets of stairs, to either go down or up depending on the unit#. Not many but 3-5 steps. I don’t remember those mentioned in the listing, so be aware. Rest of the amenities were as described. There is a back door beside the parking lot near the bins, that is at level with the lower floor. We didn’t notice that until our last day when checking out. Roadside parking is easy enough to find, just pay attention to boards. Questions were quickly answered by host. The kitchen could use additional cookware and dining ware. There was a single 1 quart saucepan, 2 flat pans and exactly 4 cups, bowls and plates and no storage containers. Not really sufficient for 4 people for cooking and eating proper meals - the main reason for choosing a place with a kitchen. For storing cut fruit and leftovers, we made do with ziplocks and plastic containers from the groceries we bought.

Good spot to crash. Clean. Easy to find and get in. Loud AC’s and lots of loud foot traffic on ground floor if you are a light sleeper is the only note id give

We had such a great experience at the Kasa LoHi! It's easily walkable to Avanti F&B and other local dining/restaurant options including Happy Camper. The location is unbeatable. The communication & follow-up was excellent. The apartment has self check-in & the instructions were seamless. The room was spacious, clean & very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. As expected, parking was tight, but did not detract from the overall value & benefits offered. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommended. Thank you.

Loved this place! Was in a good location, easily walkable to tons of restaurants, bars and cafes yet the location was quiet. The place was very clean with great linens. Would definitely recommend it!

Great spot with everything you need in a central location and a cute neighborhood.

Kasa was really awesome! As someone who used to live in Denver it was a great central spot to be close to all my friends and not spend a million dollars in lyfts/ubers. It was clean, cute, and easily accessible. I would recommend for other friends if they’re coming to Denver!! 10/10 recommend

we had a quick trip to denver, and this was a great spot to stay! with the nearby restaurants and bars, it was also walking distance from the rockies stadium and downtown. would highly recommend staying here if visiting denver!

This place was as described and clean. It was right downtown and there was some good restaurants close.

Great location, walls don’t do much to silence noise of other guests but sound machines provided. Lovely clean space, with everything you might need!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was perfect for my needs—modern, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenient location, with downtown just a short bus ride away. I would definitely stay at Kasa again and would gladly recommend it to others.

Cute neighborhood and positive experience. The room was clean. Everything I needed was there. I was able to check in two hours early. All of the codes worked with no issues whatsoever. I felt safe and secure. There is some highway noise.

Great stay for a mini getaway.

It was in a great location. Within walking distance of Coors Field - I was there to see the Brewers take on the Rockies (Brewers won!). Close to restaurants and stores. The one thing that would have been nice would be to have a comfortable chair or couch to relax in the evening. Otherwise for the short time I was there it was great!

Lots of pros and a few cons. Likes: Excellent location. Nice facility. Very clean. Great communication. Dislikes: Air conditioner in bedroom noisy. Could not get TV to work to watch the morning news.

Situated in a dope neighborhood. Place itself is exactly as advertised. Easy to check in, cozy setup.

Place was perfectly located walking distance to many restaurants and downtown area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Denver.
