10/10 Exceptional
We had an exceptional stay at Kasa Magnificent Mile and would absolutely return on our next trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our toddler to move around comfortably. The views were spectacular, and the location was unbeatable—an easy walk to so many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Parking at the Superior 1 garage through SpotHero was also a huge plus, as it was incredibly convenient with direct elevator access near the front desk.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, pleasant, and welcoming. We also appreciated the security measures, as key fobs were required for building access, which made us feel very safe. With six elevators available, wait times were minimal.
The kitchen was impressively stocked with quality utensils and appliances, including cutlery, knives, toaster, microwave, oven trays, pots, and more. The full-size refrigerator was perfect since we brought our own food. The balcony views were stunning and one of the highlights of our stay.
The bedroom was very spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable enough for all three of us. My husband especially loved the pillows and kept saying we need to buy some like them. The room temperature was excellent, and the walk-in closet with extra towels, blankets, and plenty of storage was a great bonus. I also appreciated the blackout blinds, which made it easy to sleep comfortably.
The bathroom was spacious as well, and having both a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The bathtub was perfect for our toddler after long days out exploring.
There were only a couple of minor housekeeping details I mentioned to management: the bath mat grips in the tub could be refreshed, and the carpet could benefit from a deeper cleaning to remove some pet hair. I appreciated that the team was receptive and professional when I shared this feedback.
What truly stood out was the excellent communication. They responded quickly to texts 24/7 and were helpful even before we arrived. During a temporary plumbing issue that required the water to be shut off, they notified guests immediately and kept everyone updated until it was resolved.
One of the sweetest touches was arriving to a birthday card for my husband’s 40th birthday, along with candles, canned water, and cupcakes. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us.
Overall, we thoroughly loved our stay. The neighbors were kind, the staff was wonderful, and the experience felt welcoming, comfortable, and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
