I was pleasantly surprised on how amazing my stay was. I even extended another week! Great stay!

Definitely a great place to stay if you enjoy being in the city!

It was my second time booking with Kasa, it was exactly as it was the first time. Everything was clean and the place was cozy, I love how it’s close to the stores and to many restaurants. I would definitely recommend✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kasa in Chicago. The location was perfection, as well as the building and Airbnb. The communication was top notch. I will definitely be staying with you again!

Super Lage sehr zentral, in der Nähe gibt es Lebensmittel Shops, sowie auch viele andere Läden, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal da wir sehr zufrieden waren.

Great location and hospitality.

I loved this room. I will stay there the next time I visit Chicago. It had everything I needed. The hotel was located close to bus routes and grocery shopping. It even had a washer and dryer.

Perfect location and very clean!

Wonderful location and great service! Staff was so welcoming and helpful but didn’t pry!

The location was great, especially for the price. A great neighbourhood and close to many attractions. Many things were in a walkable distance, such as stores or restaurants.

Nice place and very prompt and courteous service.

Kasa was great it was within walkable distance of many things. Private, quiet, and accessible. Highly recommended

This a great spot to use while visiting Chicago. The apartment is secure and the surrounding streets felt safe. You’re pretty close to Miracle Mile and I was able to walk to almost every attraction and museum that I wanted to. The front desk is very attentive and helpful. Having a full kitchen and laundry was a huge plus. My only thorn would be that there was excessive staining on the walls around the kitchen, a particularly stubborn smell, and the walls were damaged around the smoke detectors from someone attempting to duct tape over them.

Good value for large one bed studio apartment. Very comfortable + spotless in a great location.

Wonderful stay, amazing location and very responsive and welcoming staff. I highly suggest the space and look forward to future stays when I'm back in town. I'd suggest them to any short or long term travelers out there!

It was a great place to stay! Very close to lots of things and we were able to walk everywhere! The view was gorgeous and there was lots of natural lighting. Will book again soon!

My go to every time I’m in Chicago.

Perfect location in proximity to multiple shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Kasa continues to go over and beyond ecpectations. The unit, service and location were five stars.

Great stay! The place was very clean and in a nice location very accessible to the train!

Amazing building. A lot of foot traffic so you never feel alone. Amazing space but learned the unit may look different from what that’s presented on the picture.

Just what we needed for a girl's week in the City. so glad we picked this spot.

Our Kasa apartment was just what we were looking for, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed and we especially were pleased with the washer and dryer in the unit. The location was perfect as well, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

beautiful view and amazing area so much to do and amazing restaurants. love the grocery stores near by perfect for at place breakfast

The front desk was helpful and the location was great. Unfortunately, there was a certain shabbiness about the place--scuffs, broken slats on the blinds--and the appliances were not all in working order, including the coffee maker and the ice maker. It took days to have any problems address and fixed.

I stayed at a Kasa property in San Diego last year and this Kasa property was just as wonderful. Great location, close to the red line, close to a variety of cuisines, and the apartment had everything I needed to feel like I was in a home and not just a hotel.

My stay in Chicago was the BEST and I will absolutely seek our other Kasa properties around the country. The Kasa team was there to clearly answer any question and the property location and quality of facility was excellent.

Rooms are like an apartment. The location is in a prime place on the Magnificent Mile. Walking distance to Geno's East, shops, if you need groceries you can walk to Whole Foods around the corner. The service here is impeccable. Very friendly and a seamless check in. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Kasa. We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, confortable and the building has all of the amenities we wanted. Great gym and business center. The Kasa staff was very helpful and the online assistance always responded quickly. We will be back.

Kasa was a joy! Being in basically the heart of the city with sooo much to see and do was wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer, but definitely coming back here every time we are staying in the city. The convenience of the staff, the grocery stores, the restaurants, the sights! Couldn't find a better place to stay, especially if you have a fur baby with you too!

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed—yet still quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness throughout the property. Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay!

We loved this place and if we have the chance to come back to Chicago we wi definitely book our stay at the same location. The view was amazing and unique!

good

The best stay I have had in a long time! The room was really clean and the communication was great! Nick in the front desk in Chicago was amazing to deal with. He was very professional and a great help. Thank you for an amazing time.

All was great walking distance to everything, great location. Only thing needed is a dresser to store clothes and maybe a another TV in room, LOL… would stay again highly recommend

We had a great time at Kasa. It felt like being at home with the full size kitchen, utensils, and separate living space. We were close to many restaurants and stores for any essentials we may have needed. Also very close proximity for public transportation. The only downside was the expensive parking offering but we used other parking sites for cheaper parking options. I would certainly stay here again!

Well equipped apartment with a great view from the balcony and in a safe building and environment. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Good communication pre arrival with clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We arrived late at night but it was easy and quick to check in. The window blinds could have been better, they let in a lot of light at night. The only annoyance was the luggage storage on check out. We were told it was easy to access. In reality they expected us to leave our belongings next to the busy building reception desk, where the receptionist (who works for a different company to apartment owner) was busy and sometimes called away. They couldn't give us an answer when someone would move them to the secure room (apparently on a different floor). When i commented that it wasn't safe to leave our belongings in a public, sometimes unsupervised place I was accused of insinuating the reception staff were dishonest. My point was they were in a public area open to anyone from the street etc. In the end we chose not to use the service.

muy limpia la casa y tal cual en las fotos.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was very nice.

Great place to stay in Chicago. Location is great, just a block from the subway, with grocery stores and several restaurants and bars close. The Kasa concierge desk is very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend and return

Clean rooms and balcony was perfect

Muy buena experiencia en Chicago, sin duda regresaría

The beds were very uncomfortable. Cooking XMAS dinner the kitchen supplies were not complete. Nick was very helpful at the front desk- thanks Nick!

Todo bien, salvo 2 cosas. 1. Las tinas del baño, no estaban en las mejores condiciones. 2. El olor del departamento vecino cada que cocinaba se metía a nuestro departamento
