It's nice, but the elevators kept breaking down essentially trapping us in our 16th floor unit with the only choice being to walk up and down 16 stories.
Also, because Kasa won't accept pkg delivery, DO NOT rely on their information for nearby alternate places to ship your pkgs. The totally wrong address they provided for UPS resulted in a box of 12 Christmas gifts getting lost in UPS's system which we are still trying to find more than a week after the scheduled delivery date. Kasa made no effort to assist with our repeated requests for help, and last we checked, the erroneous UPS information is STILL listed in Kasa's online concierge guide. This is especially disappointing because we checked with Kasa TWICE before shipping the box from California. And both times, they assured us that the UPS information was correct. Turns out, there is NO UPS facility at that location nor has there ever been according to UPS.
