The room was not only exactly as advertised, but even better. The space was well layed out and the closets were much larger than anticipated. Everything one could want or need was already stocked in the room. The location is fantastic. It is near restaurants and groceries. When there was a small issue, they addressed it immediately. Kasa was responsive, quickly answered any questions, and provided service above and beyond expectations. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the stay matched the description. The room was spacious and clean, and the in unit washer and dryer was a bonus. The area is nice and seemed overall pretty safe, very close to magnificent mile. There’s a nearby subway station which makes accessing other parts of the city convenient. The man who worked at Kasa’s service desk was very friendly and informative.

Buena ubicación y cómodo apartamento. Likes: Me gustó el sitio era muy céntrico a 5 minutos andando de Michigan avenue Dislikes: Era bastante ruidoso pero eso es inevitable en USA sobre todo en estas ciudades tan grandes

Nice place. It was kind of hard to get into at first though. There’s tons of instructions but it’s confusing. The kitchen is good. There’s no coffee maker though but they have an electric kettle and coffee in little bags that you make like tea. Kind of odd but we wanted to go out for coffee anyway in the city. I’d bring your own sharp knives and a cutting board if you plan on cooking. The couch was stained and not very comfortable but we spent most of our time walking around the city and the apartment is close to so many awesome things. We liked the bed, it was pretty firm but we prefer that. And we really appreciated that there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment. The bathroom was good (I’m glad there was a hairdryer and tissues!) but the only thing we’d recommend was getting a mat for the tub floor. My husband fell in it when he took a shower when we first got there. We did enjoy the balcony though, the smart tv, and the quiet, modern atmosphere of the apartment.

We had the best stay in the Kasa. The apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortable. The location was great - quieter but still close to downtown. The support and a luggage storage were extremely helpful. There were so many thoughtful things like a body lotion, laundry detergent, iron, salt and pepper, oil and a nice coffee. There is absolutely nothing we could complain about. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy this beautiful city.

It was everything that we expected from the description. The staff that we encountered were very helpful. The kitched had everything we needed. It was nice to have the washer/dryer. The mattress and bedding were very nice. It would have been nice to have a bathroom exhaust fan. The hvac unit made a very loud clunk each time it switched on, which caused us to awaken a couple times.
