The location of this place couldn’t be better. The apartment was absolutely fantastic and as described in the listing. The views from the apartment which we got were really beautiful. It’s walkable to all the desired spots that one would want to visit in Chicago loop with lots of good options for dining around the location. Couple of paid parking spaces in very close vicinity which made our life easier. The host is very responsive. We had an issue with the Internet speed and the response from the host to fix it was very prompt and friendly. Would stay back in the place when next in Chicago.

Great communication and great place overall. Very happy with it. The only negative is that the bed and the pillows were super hard.

Family week in Chicago for Cubs, Bears, Museums, shopping, Segways, walking and car hire to North Shore. Easy to book. Great central location right by WholeFoods and walking distance to Streeterville, River North, Michigan Avenue. Felt safe. Accommodation is as described. Sofa/chair combo is tight for four. I would lose the dining table and add another sofa like many others have suggested. Kasa staff on site were responsive and courteous. Overall delighted.

The studio was just the right size to be comfortable for a couple for a week and It was in the perfect location. The only small complaint was that there was no way to make ice.

Dislikes: Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden sein.

Loved our stay in Chicago at this apartment. Firstly the view was amazing. We caught the train from the airport which was easy. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. There is a great whole foods supermarket around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

It is an amazing place to stay! We would definitely go back there! Likes: The location of the property is very convenient- it is in downtown and is close to different attractions. The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped- it has everything, from cutlery to extra towels. The balcony view is very pretty. The virtual check-in desk was super detailed and understandable. Dislikes: Just be aware that you have to pay an additional fee for parking.

Everything was as described and wonderful. We had an extended stay for nearly 2 weeks and have nothing but good things to say.

This was a terrific accommodation in a great part of Chicago. The description accurately depicted everything we saw and experienced. Check-in was both easy and flexible. Communication was superb. Having a unit on a corner gave us amazing window views to nearly 3 sides. Given the location in the heart of a major city, the noise level was very reasonable. And while the price was not cheap, you have to remember that you were in the heart of a huge metropolitan area, and the price seems fair when you compare the space you’re getting to the cost of hotels in the same area. I would happily stay here again. There are plenty of nearby restaurants in delis, and the kitchen was well outfitted, and didn’t lack anything. I appreciated the provided coffee and tea. The Kasa concierge was also helpful on a couple of occasions, which was great.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the photos. The neighborhood is really great. There is even a Whole Foods across the street. We highly recommend this property.

Overall a great place at a great location. Check in was easy. There was an issue with the kitchen sink garbage disposal (switch didn't work), and the bathroom did have a little bit of a smell after first day of use, but everything else was normal and in great comfort and condition!

I stayed solo in studio queen room for 8 nights. They offer 4pm checkin but I got text stating it would be ready for 4:30pm checkin and I got a text around 7:30pm that room was ready. All of did not affect me personally since I was in a flight to Chicago so I got to my room around 8:30pm. However if I was in Chicago earlier I would have been frustrated with checkin time. The apartment studio was spacious, queen bed was comfy, bathroom has tub and good shower and provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/handsoap but no body lotion. The toilet flow was weak. Kitchen was a normal apartment kitchen plus an oven. Balcony had table and 2 chairs. Washer and dryer was nice to have. AC worked ok but it takes awhile to get cold. Wifi was good. Tv worked but no regular basic cable channels. Whole Foods and subway train was block away. I did not have car so I don’t know about parking situation. I wish there were more bright lights in common area/bed area. The only real complaint I have is noise level, you can hear everything in the hallway so people talking or getting off elevator, but the worse noise came from outside where there were sirens from cops/ambulance/fire trucks almost every couple hours and the windows must not be thick as it sounded like sirens were right next to me and I was on 19th floor. I lived in Manhattan for 20 years and I never heard this much sirens in my life. If you are sensitive to noise during the night, you might want earplugs. Overall a good stay.

We were thrilled with our stay with Kasa. We were lucky to have gotten a corner unit and we loved all the windows and the great views! The check in/out process was very smooth and easy and the instructions provided were clear and thorough. We loved the apartment and thought it was decorated cute and had everything we needed. The bed was also comfy. The location was fabulous and there were many places we could easily walk to or the rail station was also very close if we wanted to venture further out. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you dint mind being surrounded by noise you will love diving into the city life of Chicago Likes: Cozy and comfortable apartment right in downtown with an amazing view over the city Dislikes: If you are looking for a spot to relax and have some down and quite time you will have a hard time with the location but we CHOSE to be in the center and therefore didn’t mind the hectic and noises that come with it ;)

COMPLETE LACK of quality assurance with our unit and very disappointing compensation to make up for many problems. 1. No dresser in one of the bedrooms. 2. Toaster was broken. 3. Broken garbage disposal. 4. burned out light bulbs 5. very scraped up bathroom and kitchen cabinetry and some of the furniture 6. broken toilet paper holder 7. Significant enamel peeling in the bath tubs 8. Hair in bath tub upon arrival 9. scuffed / dirty paint

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything I needed (just couple blocks away from Michigan Ave).. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is our second time staying with KASA. We love how convenient and affordable their options are. Their staff is always available and willing to help when needed. The rooms are always well kept and very clean!

The stay was absolutely amazing! We got a good apartment at a higher floor. Place was very clean and tidy with extra towels as well. I would love to stay here again!

GOOD LOCATION - POOR KASA EXPERIENCE Likes: Location and whoever cleaned the apartment before we arrived was really good. Dislikes: Staffs are mean. I got there 3:30 with my mom who is incontinent and in her 70s. They said we couldn't check in until 4pm. Fine, please can my mom use the toilet. Sorry we don't have one, the Kasa receptionist said. I have an old lady, no, she couldn't care less. She's just playing by the book. When 4pm was up, went up to the Kasa receptionist and she said we needed to wait another 15 mins that cleaning was still being done. I said, look I have waited till 4pm and had my mom hold her pee in pain for 30 mins. It was then she now called her supervisor or superiors who then said we could go to the 7th floor and use the one for staffs. Enough said.

This is my third stay with Kasa at this location and this location could not be better the unit is walking distance from everything! The unit is extremely clean, well equipped and I’m always surprised how large it is. I was unlocking my door when a nice young lady came up to tell me she needed to replace a light bulb in the bedroom lamp which is impressive because I didn’t know that it needed replacing. She told me she was located in the building which allows them to take care of any issue. My stay there was great and I will be happy to book there again during my next trip.

Excellent apartment and location to experience Chicago next to the red line. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only downside is that there is nothing to prevent the sunlight from coming into the second bedroom. For the rest, a great choice!

Our rental exceeded our expectations with a view from our room in a location that was ideal for our list of tourist activities and access to public transportation. My family felt very comfortable in this well secured facility. The rooms were furnished in a way that made it easy to prepare and serve meals, study, and visit.
