10/10 Exceptional
The stay was everything we wanted. The location has incredible cityscape views from the windows and balcony. It is walking distance to the river, the Bean, nightlife, amazing restaurants, museums, and several theaters. It's also close to the train if you want to go further. Check in and check out were easy using the virtual desk.
We had a full kitchen (with dishes), washer & dryer (with detergent), K-cup machine (with pods), and a dishwasher (with soap pacs).
Kasa Miracle Mile doesn't seem to be the place for those who want to be papered and have someone wait on you hand and foot. I would compare the experience more to having an apartment in the city than anything like a hotel experience.
If you're looking for privacy and quiet for your stay, Kasa is perfect.
