10/10 Exceptional
We've had to unexpectedly relocate for several months due to a medical emergency and the Kasa team has been nothing but gracious, helpful, well-communicated, and caring. We are over threemonths into our stay and have extended our lease because the experience is so positive. If there's a problem, the team is immediately responsive to correct it with a smile (ie tv stopped working).
Every single staff member we've encountered from securing this space to package pickup to the front reception to apartment repairs has been genuinely kind. It's like they actually enjoy their jobs! They even delivered welcome packages for my child and I to make our stay here, given the difficult circumstances, inviting. What a sweet, unexpected surprise that made t

I'd like to add a special acknowledgement to Camryn in the leasing department for seamlessly helping us extend our time with KASA and managing so many convoluted details with regard to our stay and circumstances. She's helpful and solution-oriented. Another heartfelt shout our to Nick who is one of the most congenial, astute, and sincere reception management professionals I've encountered both traveling and leasing over decades. He's got a heart for hospitality.
Building staff is also terrific! They really add to the community feel. Friendliness goes a long way when days and weeks are exhausting.
