We were in a nice downtown area. We heard sirens as well as the hourly bells from the cathedral across the street. One issue was that the bathtub next to the master bedroom did not drain well.

Unit was spotless and had a terrific view of the city! Plenty to do within walking distance. Will definitely return next time we’re in town!

It’s a very good experience for our stay.

Excellent place to use. Close to everything. Cozy. The only issue is that the couch is not comfortable…I have back problem and like to watch TV so that was hard. But the bed and everything else is super comfortable. This is one of the best place I stayed at.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Chicago. Walking distance to the Art Institute, the riverwalk, Lincoln Park. Large windows with amazing views!

What a great location for an extremely reasonable price! The kitchen had olive oil, salt, and pepper to cook with, and there was also tea and coffee provided. The location was incredibly convenient for all types of public transportation. There were also close by grocery stores which made grocery shopping quick and easy! My only complaint was that the washing machine and dryer didn’t have clear instructions, but I did figure it out in the end. That is only a minor detraction from the overall suite. I will absolutely book here again next time I come to Chicago!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Lots of scratches / stains on the walls which was very odd for how they promote this place as luxurious. Overall I had a good stay at this Airbnb

El lugar es mucho mejor de lo que parece en fotos, el arrendador tiene muchos departamentos en el edificio y se nota su dedicación. El precio es alto pero la ubicación es fantástica. La zona se siente segura al caminar. El sitio es seguro para niños. Quizás podrían mejorar las camas individuales ya que eran un poco endebles. Pudimos lavar ropa con facilidad, hay muchos closets por si quieres guardar tus compras y luzca ordenado. Fuimos en septiembre y el clima estaba delicioso, nunca usamos la calefacción. La llegada es autónoma lo que nos interesaba mucho ya que llegamos de madrugada con un bebé. El estacionamiento es costoso aprox 50 dls por día pero si tú actividad es en la zona turística no necesitarás auto. Puedes disfrutar de la vida nocturna a pie. El lugar y las sábanas estaban muy limpios. Lo volvería a escoger sin dudarlo. Ya me había hospedado en un hotel cercano y por la comodidad del niño esto fue mucho mejor opción, tuvo mucho espacio para jugar y hay todo para cocinar.

They need to be honest about their parking situation. They say they have a garage, but fail to mention that the garage is only 6’ 7”. So be forewarned if your vehicle happens to be taller, you’re going to have to park blocks away.

Had a great stay at Kasa! Lots to do and super close to all transit systems. Would definitely stay here again.

If you book under the non refundable rate know that you will not get refunded for any reason. I was in ER the week before my scheduled trip and even offered proof for a credit to reschedule at a later date. Lack of compassion management said they were sticking with their strict no refund policy. Quite frankly I’m sick of greedy companies and refuse to do business with them any longer. They could have gained a life long customer through one simple act of caring but instead they lost a regular customer. Chicago has WAY too many options. Kasa, I hope you enjoy that earned money because at the end of the day, you lose!

From check in to check out this place rocks. Everything is modern and very quick. The view is spectacular. It’s centrally located near a Whole Foods, restaurants, and shopping. Sofa bed was comfy.

A good sized studio apartment in a great neighborhood. All the basic kitchen ware and cleaning supplies were provided and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing in every way for a 4 night city break (couple) Likes: Really well located (close to L, but also really easy to walk anywhere from Lincoln Park to Field Museum, ideal for gig at House of Blues, and close to Whole Foods). Spacious, comfortable, very well appointed- we had everything we needed to have breakfast before going out, and it was really useful being able to do laundry/iron. Very comfy bed, and good pillows. No issues with street noise despite being used to silent countryside, or noise in the building despite being beside the elevator. Really good pre-arrival instructions, early check in and bag storage. Stunning views. I understand some of these things may depend on the apartment allocated, we were in 1809 and it was perfect in every way. At that price point where it encouraged us to choose this over a hotel room but was still surprisingly luxurious for the cost which is a real sweet spot. Dislikes: Everything was perfect

I will definitely return! Apartment was right in the heart of all the Chicago attractions. It was clean spacious and exactly as described. Great value. Great space. Great location!

Clean modern unit with all the amenities in an unbeatable location. Didn’t have time to use it, but really nice gym, pool and facilities.

We had a great stay at Kasa. The apartment is located in magnificent miles and the Subway stop is 2 minutes away. Apartment was very clean and was as described in the listing. Host was also very responsive. Only minor inconvenience we faced was a slow draining bathtub. Overall I will highly recommend this place.

Everything about our 4 night stay was perfect. Pre-arrival instructions, early check in, and finding the building after using public transport from the airport were all clear and easy to understand. We were warmly greeted and quickly checked in. The apartment surpassed my expectations, really spacious and well appointed with great views from the 18th floor. The bed was comfortable and there wasn’t too much city noise - we are used to total silence in the countryside so took earplugs but didn’t need them. We didn’t have any issues from noise within the building either. We used eye masks (as we do at home) so if you are used to blackout blinds you might want to pack some. The kitchen was brilliant, everything we needed was available and having the Whole Foods nearby was perfect. Having the balcony and living room area, and plenty of places to sit, plus a full sized fridge, was so much better than alternatives that were just hotel rooms. AC, washer/dryer and dishwasher easy to use, and great to have an iron/board. We didn’t use the TV or gym as we were out exploring so much, but we had more than enough space/amenities to have a good breakfast before going out. The location was perfect too, ideal for the show we were seeing at House of Blues, and a nice walk from everything from the Field Museum to Lincoln Park Zoo. Checkout and bag storage were also easy and friendly.
