8/10 Very good
Unbeatable River North location and spacious units with nice amenities. Bathroom needs work.
Likes: No frills, clean, comfortable with functioning A/C (you'd be surprised at how many properties have old and poorly performing A/C units). Added convenience of a kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo. Included soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Nice choice of thick, absorbent toilet paper (Charmin).
Dislikes: Bathroom fixtures are old, toilet is not modern (too low and too small). Slight mildew smell in bathroom.
Furniture in the unit is the kind that looks nice and high-grade but is actually lightweight and generally poor quality.
