Great stay with the family!

Highly recommend this place. Great location close to some really great restaurants and shopping. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at and would do it all over again! Thanks Kasa Team

We enjoyed our first trip to Chicago, and kasa aided in that. The luggage storage at no additional fee made our arrival and departure stress free. We were given the option to check in early which was so appreciated after a very early morning. Plenty of towels and pillows, coffee, sugar, and creamer! Location was perfect. Easy walking to all the fun. Will stay again!

Simple, clean, modern, beautiful apartment in river north. The apartment was a great home base to explore Chicago. The views were great too!

Everything about this place was great except the cleanliness. There were some stains on the bathroom wall which were unappealing. The room was also missing some of the panel blinds. The person that came into help us with the fire alarm noticed and took care of it though. Otherwise, the place was great. The gym was nice. The location was central. I would stay here again, but hopefully not that bathroom.

We got a studio. The things that we liked about Kasa was that it is a high rise with a great view of the city, located in the River North area surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to shopping, the Magnificent Mile and other hot spots. We liked that you will get communications via text to make sure you have settled in okay, to see if there are any issues, to extend your stay and help you sign out. The hotel was clean. I had one issue where the cleaners didn't clean around the base of the toilet. I was able to address that in the text. They sent someone up right away. We also liked that there is a Whole Foods right across the street. You have a full kitchen in your unit where you can prepare meals What we didn't like was the noise however it is "city noise" and to be expected. There are about 3 Catholic churches in the vicinity that ring their bells at the same time every day. Also the front desk guy seemed "bothered" and not very personable, a trait that is necessary when dealing in hospitality. The welcome wasn't warm.

Great place in the heart of River North. This place is a gem in Mag Mile, and is walkable or a quick drive away to most tourist spots and restaurants in downtown. There's a Whole Foods, Joe and the Juice and Philz Coffee right next door. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and looks modern. Hosts are highly responsive, and there is 24/7 security. Highly recommend this space.

Great neighborhood! So much to do helpful friendly staff. Quick walk to the red line and tons of attractions within a mile to walk.

Easy to book, great communication with details for arrival, departure, and access. Overall, good experience with great location. Some of the furnishings were a bit worn and on the cheap side for the location and price paid. Ex: Vertical blinds on windows are old, not super clean, and kept falling off the window. If the attendant is helping someone else, a guest can't get access to the place until that person comes back to the busy lobby desk, meaning you might have to wait a while to get access to your space.

I enjoyed my stay. I will be returning to Kasa. Nik was very helpful! Kasa is responsive. Condo clean.

Easy and efficient check in and out process. Loved they offered complimentary luggage storage so we could enjoy some sites before leaving the city. Lots of nice places within walking distance. Overall a nice place to stay and would consider using them again when in Chicago.

This place…. Don’t waste your time, your money and don’t ruin your vacation trying to stay here, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. On top of that, they don’t even support the parking garage attached to the property and send you links to park blocks away. I had to call 3 different people to get parking accommodations, obviously for a fee, because I was not asking for free parking, but convenient for me to access my rental from the building. Also, make sure that when you book your parking for a few days, you are able to get your car in and out, because is not only you pay, they let you know that you can’t be in and out. The location is well placed, but the service is just a complete disgrace, and the customer service over text…. WHAT? Because they made sure they completely ruined the experience, after they offered me to switch rooms because of the nastiness I’ve encountered, I agreed, packed all my stuff and left them in my car so I can go enjoy my day, I was told I’d get a message with my new and clean room, but instead, I got a message letting me know that I would have to stay in the same room because the other unit had AC issues. So I was left to chose between a nasty room or no AC… attached are some of the pictures to prove that I’m not trying to be a Karen, but these place charge fabulous fees for a ghetto experience….

Great stay. The location is excellent and the check-in process was seamless. Kasa gave good recommendations for parking but be aware that it’s expensive. Although any parking in Chicago is. Great views and lots of space for a one bedroom apartment. Definitely beat staying in a hotel since you have a kitchen, balcony and extra living space. Well stocked with towels and an extra blanket if you’re running the AC.

Very nice apartment- clean, well appointed, in a clean and well managed building. Full kitchen with necessary equipment and condiments. Great alternative to a downtown hotel. Walking distance to Whole Foods and many other amenities.

Great location and apartment

Likes: Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Fully furnished and all appliances are available for use; I love being able to wash my clothes before heading back home! Laundry, dish, and body soap were all available along with a first aid kit. Coffee and tea were both fully stocked as well :) Dislikes: The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors. It was not too bad but still a little annoying. Also, the partition between the balconies left very little privacy.

Wonderful stay at the beautiful Kasa! Likes: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to have our luggage stored until check in time and it was kept safe and secure. This was my teenage children's first visit to Chicago, and it couldn't have been better! The view and balcony were amazing, the kitchen was easy to maneuver in, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee, sugar and creamer (much needed). The beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed) as well as the room temperature. The apartment itself, was spacious and clean and we also made use of the washer and dryer which was in perfect condition. The elevator system was very convenient, and the location was great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we felt very much at home there. Looking forward to the next time we are blessed to visit Chicago again and Kasa! Dislikes: We would have loved to use the pool but understood it was only available for residents (which they at least tell you in the posting). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about!

I didn't get much sleep, but I picked location. Likes: It's a full apartment with kitchen. Very comfy bed. Dislikes: Location, location location. Police and fire trucks screamed all night, 15 to 20. It's right in the heart of the action, to much so for me.

Great location - right in the downtown core and within 5 min walking distance of magnificent mile. The room was spacious and clean with everything you could want. One thing though, the bathroom was very dated - an old tub (I’m guessing at least 20 years old) with no handheld shower. The property is great though and security staff were excellent !

This place is completely amazing! From the beginning to end I had full support and answer from the team. The location is great and the apartment is complete, everything works perfectly and I had no issues. I highly recommend stay at Kasa specially if you wanna feel like home and have even more privacy than a regular hotel. Kasa also provides really good amenities.

Really nice place down toan - we especially appreciated the balcony with the view over the skyscrapers and a cute little church below us. The flat was maybe a little bit worn down by normal use, so it’s not as “fresh” as in pictures. Cleaning was fine, maybe a little dusty in one bathroom and som stained pillows on the sofa. We didn’t get the email with precise check in instructions but once we were there it was easy check in with the help from a guy from Kasa. Recommend this place!

Location was convenient to everything downtown. The apartment setting was definitely better than just having a hotel room.

Wasn't sure how the check in process would play out without the normal hotel lobby set up, but upon arrival the Kasa rep was at the entry desk and made the check in seamless. The apartment was clean, nice view and a fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

Loved staying here, very nice and quiet right in the heart of the city. Super easy to check in and host was extremely friendly, amazing security staff in the building that made the stay even more pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

Decepción Likes: La ubicación y lo espacioso del apartamento. Dislikes: No había agua caliente en la ducha; lo arreglaron a las 48 horas, o sea que pudimos bañarnos decentemente solo 1 vez. Al llegar, las ventanas del balcón estaban tan sucias que no se veía a través de ellas. El sistema de A/C no me parece adecuado para la ciudad de Chicago, con temperaturas tan cambiantes. En verano, solo tira aire frío y cuando llegamos había unos 15° Celsius afuera. U$S 310 aprox por noche para no tener el confort adecuado, me parece caro.
