This was our second stay with Kasa, even in the same unit! We love the location, nice staff and permanent residents. We appreciate the washer and dryer so we can pack lighter and that there’s a grocery store and restaurants nearby. One of our favorite places to stay in Chicago 😁

Great location, safe building, space as advertised. Perfect for my family of 4. Easy walk to restaurants and Michigan Avenue, 1 block to the Red Line. The apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I loved this stay at Kasa and recommend it for anyone traveling with small children. We were right at home and within steps of Whole Foods, great restaurants and great shopping. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it.

What a view btw. Very beautiful being this high up. The room is enough space to do cartwheels and lounge. No parking however other than paying for parking structures or on the road. Very pricey btw. But definitely a different XP.

Kasa’s accommodations are located within an apartment house in a safe neighborhood, one block from a subway stop, a major grocery store, and adjacent to a range of restaurants. Prompt staff assistance is available on the premises during working hours, but most functional interaction is handled via messaging/e-mailing. The resulting savings accommodate a self-serve apartment suite (w/kitchen and washing machine) whose amenities exceed that of a traditional hotel in the same cost range.

Excellent space with all amenities included. The building has been recently renovated and close to everything. Kasa is a very professional manager. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly as the apartment is bright, has two large bedrooms and a balcony to enjoy the view. Kitchen was fully equipped and we had breakfast in the apartment every day. Brand new and gigantic whole foods across the street. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here! Only thing I would be prepared for if you're going to stay here (and really anywhere in Chicago) is the parking fees. The garage was very convenient, but you can not leave and comeback even if you prepay. Besides that, the unit itself was wonderful!

Apartment is in a very convenient location, plenty of 2 hour street parking (and an overnight garage). Lots of good restaurant options and walkable to key sights. Check in was easy - we arrived late but the main lobby security was well briefed and checked us in no problem. Had an issue with the coffee machine, but the local team sorted it same day while we were out sightseeing. Would certainly recommend for a short stay in Chicago.

The apartment was very clean and easy to access with its code. The person at the desk was helpful with getting information about getting to our floor, using the elevator etc. Host reached out with helpful information as well. Would definitely recommend the place!

Everything was great, from the cleanliness to accommodations and location. The sofa bed, however, was broken and the sheets for it were too small. If you are planning on using the sofa bed, check it first before you settle in to make sure it is acceptable and that the linens fit.

I will definitely be looking to see if Kasa hosts airbnbs in the locations I travel! As a mom of one-year-old, I so appreciate having a one bedroom apartment vs a hotel, so that I can put the baby down in the travel crib at his normal bedtime and I can still be up in the living room/kitchen. This area also felt very safe for me to walk around with the stroller.

This stay had a great environment. Super walkable and had great a nice balcony view. I would definitely look into booking this place again when we come. The hosts were super responsive with their instructions and clear on what to do for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this place to other people.

I love big city views, so I was in heaven the moment I walked through the door and saw wall to wall windows displaying the beautiful Chicago buildings. There are blinds you can pull for privacy. The apartment is spacious, clean and full of everything we needed to feel right at home. Would happily stay here again.
