The location of the residence is in a nice area with lots to do and see, and a good amount of things in a walkable area, including a Whole Foods just across the street. Access to the unit was straightforward with a friendly staff member at the little desk in the front of the lobby. The room itself is a studio apartment with an ample amount of room and a full kitchen with some basics stocked. There's a full sized fridge and freezer, a kitchen range, a sink, and even some dishes and cups.
My huge complaint however is with the quality of the bathroom, specifically the bathtub. The anti-slip pads in the tub were filthy and moldy, and the tub does not drain properly at all with water pooling up past your ankles during a shower. A quick inspection of the drain plug (that I could not figure how to remove myself) showed a large clog of hair causing the issue. From a quick look at previous reviews, someone else staying in this exact unit a few weeks ago also encountered this issue with drainage and it clearly still has not been fixed.
Maybe you'll have better with with a different unit here, but as of right now l absolutely do not recommend staying in unit 1909 if you value a clean shower. It's really quite disappointing as the rest of the place is well enough furnished, but a dirty bathroom is a big deal breaker for me.
Edit 5/4: Staff came by this morning and was able to help address the drainage issue with the tub. The anti-slip pads were unfortunately unable to be changed for now though.
