10/10 Exceptional
I enjoyed my stay at Kasa! It was within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, sights, and great shopping. The area felt safe and it was nice to see that there was someone at the front desk at all hours. The apartment itself was spacious—more than enough for one or two people. It was decorated nicely and neat when we arrived. Unfortunately, the bathroom could have used some more intense scrubbing but it wasn’t terrible. The host was extremely responsive and kind. I liked that you could just text someone and get a quick response instead of constantly having to go downstairs to a desk. Also, I think their listing should be updated because it said parking would be available but it was not. The lot they suggested, however, was extremely close to the building. A bit pricy but that comes with the territory. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kasa to anyone visiting Chicago and will stay here myself again.
