Great location, close to Magnificent Mile. Whole Foods and Jewel Osco nearby cover everyday needs even if don’t have a car.
Apartment had everything necessary, including fully equipped kitchen, bath and even a washer unit with capsules. It was clean, there were towels, bedding, it was like staying in a good hotel. My wife and I spent 5 weeks here, and it was very convenient to live.
The building itself was good. Friendly personnel, always welcoming. As I understood, there were some issues with the draining system, sometimes water in kitchen sink didn’t go through, but it worked with the disposal turned on, so it was’t a big problem. But the building was addressing it, I saw plumbing company vans regularly, and finally it was solved. And Kasa tried to solve it, too, and they were really quick.
Overall, I didn’t have anything to complain about, it was good experience, and I definitely recommend this place. Thanks, Kasa 👏
