I stay here at least once a year. It’s the only place I stay when I come to Chicago, feels like home already. I 1000% recommend staying with Kasa, honestly the best service. Easy check in, excellent area and it is always very clean. They are also very helpful and send clear instructions for everything. Highly recommend!!!!

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and it was so convenient to have Whole Foods across the street!!! And it was one of the most comfortable AirBNB beds we have every slept in. We kept saying we would want this apartment if we lived in Chicago!

Fantastic stay in Chicago. Apartment was super clean, well stocked with what we needed. And location was great. Walking distance to WholeFoods, Lifetime fitness and public transit and rent bike. We walked everywhere, so location is really good for exploring the city on foot. Excellent stay, our first time at Kasa, but definitely not last.

Despite some challenges along the way, we enjoyed our time in the unit. It was difficult to clarify options for early check in and late check out ahead of time, and our linens showed signs of being unwashed upon arrival. The Kasa team was responsive in addressing this. The unit itself was furnished well with basic amenities, and the building was walkable to some great restaurants and the lake.

My flight got delayed and I arrived to Chicago at 2:00 AM, and didn’t get to my Kasa until 2:40 AM. My partner and I were extremely tired from the long delay and looked forward to getting our rest for the night. Upon check-in, we noticed our sink was extremely dirty. We communicated with Kasa, and they promptly found a resolution for us. Not only minutes later, a fowl dirty smelling water flowed from the dishwasher and began flooding the floor. I thought some paper towels will quickly resolve the issue but it came to my attention that the room we were assigned was no longer suitable for staying. I reached out to Kasa once more, and they quickly relocated us to another unit. This new unit was pristine and clean. Which made me believe that the previous unit had some plumbing issues. Thank you Kasa for resolving matters at 4:00 in the morning to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Five stars!

Our Kasa stay in Chicago was nothing short of spectacular. The location was prime for walking around Michigan Ave. and close to some really amazing restaurants. The facility was clean and the apartment space had everything we needed, including a fully stocked Keurig for coffee (thank you Kasa). Will definitely be back next time we’re in the city.

I would stay there again when I come to Chicago Likes: Location was very good. Near to metro station, market and lovely restaurants. You can easily work to city center. The equipment in the house was more than enough. Online checkin was very smooth and access and leave the apartment at any time with passcode is very efficient. Dislikes: Window glass was dirty that prevents to see the outside view. Bed was very soft that makes to move a little bit hard.

First time in Chicago and the Airbnb was really nice! I didn’t realize that the building was so big so there was lots of foot traffic at all times of the day. We were on the 14th floor so there were a couple of times we had to wait a few minutes for the elevator to get to us. Very clean apartment that looked exactly like the photos. Downside for me was I inquired about early checkin since our flight was getting in around 11am. I never heard back from Kasa so I ended up paying for the previous night just so we didn’t have to kill a few hours with our luggage. I heard back about our early checkin being approved after I had already purchased the additional night. Great location for walking and lots to do in the immediate area.

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. I stayed on a high floor which is nice as downtown is busy and noisy but being over the 10th floor helps. I had a gorgeous view of the city and a nice patio to enjoy the outside view. Uber can easily pick up right in front of the building....oddly, ubers often tries to go in the parking garage across the street...but that is more of a strange uber side-note. I really liked how private and secure the building was. I paid for parking in the attached garage, which seemed safe and clean for a downtown spot. This is accessible from the lobby although the garage entrance is on the side of the building. Next, the room was spacious and lightly decorated. Everything that I could need or want was found in the room. It's like they thought of everything. Would stay here again 100%.

I stayed for three weeks at this property and overall it was enjoyable. The king size bed was super comfortable and easily the best part of the Kasa. There wasn't air conditioning so a few days were super hot (go figure, October in Chicago!) There were a few things that needed repair, but Kasa was super prompt to reply and help. Be sure to have all your streaming info ready, because there's no cable available. It was also disappointing not being able to use the on-site gym. Overall, it was a nice stay, but not sure it was worth the price.
