One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available daily from 9am to 7pm. To use this service, guests can call or text us at (650) 451-3444 at least 30 minutes before their desired drop-off or pick-up time.
Dog run and day care
There is a dog run on the 6th floor of the garage. It is an outdoor fenced turf area that's always open. There's also a Doggy Day Care Center on the ground floor.
Front desk (selected hours)
Our on-site team is available daily from 11am to 730pm. Everyone in your group who is 18 or older must present a photo ID when checking in with the building concierge.
Elevator
The building is equipped with elevators for easy access to all floors.
Garage parking
Parking is available in the building through a third-party company (not managed by Kasa). Pricing and access are controlled by the garage operator and may change without notice. Clearance is 6'7".
