Kasa RiNo is a disappointing contrast to Kasa Union Station. Not in the same league. Avoid! Dislikes: Having previously stayed at Kasa Union Station, I was greatly disappointed to find that the Kasa RiNo location lacked everything that made Kasa Union Station comfortable, sophisticated, inviting, and enjoyable. The difference is both shocking and inexcusable. In comparison, Kasa RiNo feels cheap, industrial, sparsely and impersonally furnished, rather worn, and not very clean. On top of that, the street closure makes access a hassle, there's a massive construction site surrounding the entire property making an uninviting neighbourhood even trashier, and there's practically no parking available onsite or nearby. To make matters worse, I was charged $25 for an extra hour before checkout in the morning. Shouldn't such one hour extension of checkout be complimentary considering the price paid for a 5-day stay? Disappointing, to say the least. Stay away from this Kasa location if possible.

B-/C+ // Fine, but probably wouldn’t return. Likes: The best part of the property was the gym and the little business center/coffee area. The Basic, serviceable apartments that reminded me of a college apartment facility. They were decently clean and had the basics supplies covered—laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels. Dislikes: The location is not great. The construction makes it practically inaccessible by car and we no onsite parking, it makes the parking a real hassle. Even though it is kinda close to stuff, between the railroads and the river is takes a good 30 minutes to walk *anywhere*, coffee shops and restaurants included. There’s a facility for unhoused people a block over and it doesn’t feel super safe walking around. The service team is basically just AI. You never really talk to or message a real person so you just get these auto-generated impersonal messages that finished the experience and generally weren’t helpful. The window shades are sheer and the exterior safety lights would shine right into my room which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I’m not usually a light sleeper but the lack of curtains and the bright lights really impacted my sleep quality.

Likes: The property is beautiful Dislikes: The construction going on around the whole property was a mess to find the place. In and out was little of a pain but that I am sure can not be helped.

Construction

Kasa RiNo was so awesome for our trip to Denver! Helpful portal for check in and access to the building/Wifi. The details were phenomenal, Extra Clean Apartment. Amazing Pool with Cabana, we felt like we were swimming at a Private Oasis! Close to the RiNo District. Make Sure to Check Out Pon Pon for local hangouts, The Woods for a Rooftop Dinner was ++++ . The Tree House was so much fun with a DJ Friday Night, about 5 minute Uber We took Scooters to a Whole Foods right past Coors Field for supplies, about 5 minute Ride Loved that Golden and Boulder were not far as well via car as we went to Coors Brewery Tour.

Nice place - just a lot of construction outside and noise and its inconvenient for cars, parking etc…

Check in was a breeze, place had everything you need. Would stay again 100%

This is a professionally run space. It looks and feels clean, and Kasa is very responsive. They let us check in early, which was appreciated because check-in is normally at 4pm. We were a little disappointed to find the surrounding area totally under construction. The closest things to do were a good 20-30 walk away and street parking was pretty rough. That being said, the actual apartment was great, and I appreciated the quick check out (I e., no strip the beds, take out the trash to a hard-to-find dumpster, anything like that I've seen at other airbnbs). Very responsive and would definitely book at another one of their locations.

Clean, modern, spacious, tons of amenities

The construction was obtrusive but when complete, it will be a great, walkable location for the RiNO area and downtown Denver.

Not what I expected but the room was nice.

The apartment unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Management is thorough and thoughtful. I wish we would have booked Kasa for the entirety of our Denver visit. I will certainly look into Kasa locations for future travel.

Unfortunately Kasa did not notify us until after check in that there would be no running water from 8-3 on 2/3 days we were there. This didn’t work for our party and we had to cancel and find a new place last minute. They did provide a full refund though and were very responsive.

Great apt at an okay location. Need a vehicle to get anywhere. Very responsive team and helpful. A little trouble checking in. Overall worth the price all needs were met.

OVERALL - Great Value for staying in the City of Denver Its over a mile to walk to Union Station area and RiNo. We liked the option to be able to walk to the different parts of the City for food and breweries. Uber and Lyfts are plenty there. A bit confusing to get into the Building even with the instructions. The virtual aspect is a little overwhelming but managable. But once we had the keyfob for the Building once checked it, it was a bit easier. Unit is clean, more than enough room for our group of 4. Two seperate bathrooms and dedicated kitchen and washer/dryer makes this infinately times better than a hotel in my opinion. We didnt have any issue with the noise tracker like other people mentioned.

Kasa Rino was a great place to stay, we enjoyed the lovely 3 bdrm condo. Getting into the condo was easy.Vitual concierge prompt at answering any questions. The space was clean modern and comfortable allowing my famiky to have our own rooms with comfortable beds all around. We found it walkable to union stn, bus lines and easy to get uber. We would love to stay here again.

Construction & train tracks make the noisy. Pool is dirty and full of hair Customer service is great to answer all questions very well

Spacious hotel, very good for families One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. It is also very spacious and the starter kit necessities are provided. The hotel is nice and there is no concierge but they communicate via text message and are easy to follow. Location is not bad but there is a shelter or something along this line about a block away and we were not comfortable walking at night. Parking is limited but easy to find on the corner. Overall , highly recommend

The hotel/apartment is amazing and close to everything by car. The room is spotless, very comfortable, a lot of amenities and even oil, salt and pepper were there... area surrounding it has a shelter and while i didnt see or know about anything dangerous, i was a bit scared to walk around the area. Also, parking is there in the dirt road, parking is limited and first cone first serve...overall a very nice spacious hotel and i highly recommend it

The apartment itself was fine, very clean and modern. Felt like a cheaply done but nice & spacious unit. As one example, the mattresses felt very firm….definitely not high end. The problems were mainly outside of the apartment. The parking situation was a mess….the available “street parking” will have you dodging debris from the nearby homeless shelter. The check-in instructions lacked critical context. They mention going into “building 2”, and I was never able to locate a number on any building. Finally, the automated messaging system and keypad system was slow, inconsistent, and frustrating. I get that you’re trying to do this whole process with as little human interaction as possible, but that shows whenever something doesn’t go exactly according to plan. On one day the automated keypad was so hot that it was unresponsive….luckily the nearby staircase door was slightly shaded and we were able to enter. Overall not a great stay for us.

Great place. Close to anything you want to do with a nice pool and gym. Highly recommended

place was nice but did not feel safe due to massive amounts of homeless and the shelter next door. high drug area. sold because it said you could "walk to the river". you would have to walk thru all the homeless and mounds if trash to get to the river front, extremely unsafe for single woman traveling alone. not any parking available close to building.

NOISE DECIBEL SENSOR IN THE OPEN KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM - not clearly written in description. Nor are details around what’s acceptable. 5 women playing a board game while watching the Olympics w/the DW running at 10:42pm was apparently too loud & I got a txt. I booked the unit for 5 people & even followed up to make sure swim towels would be included, which was confirmed. Yet only 4 towels were there, even after a repeat request for a 5th towel we were given a bath towel. Pictures & description also told us there would be a 4 person dining table, but nope. I understand decor is often times different, but an amenity shouldn’t, so this was unacceptable! There was a dried contact on the bathroom counter & the dust pan in the closet was full. Otherwise the Kasa unit & building were fairly clean & with the exception of some loud neighbors, which no one has any control over, it was quiet. False & sneaky advertising overshadowed the positive. I won’t ever stay in a Kasa space again.

We love traveling to Denver and try different locations each time. Kasa provided a location in a new developing area. Because of construction, the location was a bit confusing but we were able to figure it all out. The pool and extra amenities were nice. We enjoyed walking in the Rhino Arts. district but it was not as convenient as we thought it was. All-in-all, we had a good stay and certainly will be back in Denver next year.

Our initial airbnb was cancelled, and this was a nice replacement. Ongoing construction made it initially difficult to view signage of the facility. Extremely responsive staff!

The place itself was nice, there’s just a ton of construction going on outside. Every single Uber driver I had went to the wrong side of the building and had to come around because of the construction and it’s inconvenient. Other than that, the pool was really nice and it sucks because I tried to extend my stay to stay longer so I didn’t have to go somewhere else and when I was to hit extend rental, it showed that that particular listing was available the entire next week but it wouldn’t let me extend. When I reached out to ask they said it could be a different rental that’s available, just not this one. Which didn’t make sense because it said it was that listing that was available but I wasn’t about to remove my bags to go to another room and pay another cleaning fee just to go to another room in the same hallway. Otherwise the space was beautiful and I enjoyed my time there and wish I could have stayed longer.

check in: the lockbox and door codes were easy enough but it was difficult to find the building due to construction. there was trash left in our room smelled up the room, we had to dispose of when we first got there. otherwise the place was very clean. we got locked out of the room the second night when we arrived back at 11:00 p.m. the battery on our door code dead and had to wait in the hallway floor an hour for maintenance to let us in. one of the fry pans was not usable but they were responsive to our request and we were able to use other dishes until it became available. there were limited dishware only three bowls. there were beach towels but they're located under the sink in the bathroom. the pool was very clean, however clubhouse, pool, bathrooms are closed at 10:00 and locked. we requested an early check-in by an hour and we're denied it at 8:30 the morning of but then told at 12:30 p.m. we could have it by then, it was too late for us to get there. fee for late check out

Very nice apartment with great amentities

Nice apartment, but very rough neighborhood. There's a salvation army homeless shelter that you need to go by every time you leave because of the road closure. It was not safe, even during the daytime.

Great place to stay! Was close to the festival I was in town for and it wasn’t far from the ball field, bars and restaurants. There is a lot of construction around the building, but that made for less traffic. Also the air conditioning kept reverting back to 76 after I would put it down to 67 so it was a little warmer than I’d like but other than that it’s a clean, spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place and the pool & gym were excellent.... very clean. They have a great coffee machine free to use (like a nice nespresso one!) This Kasa location is in an area where there are a lot of new condos being built and they are doing lots of construction, but that didn't hinder our sleep or anything at all. The construction started at 9:30am and ended before 5 and never bothered us and of course wasn't even happening on the weekend. 10/10 would stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised at the modern features of this condo. More quiet than expected. We did not have tv’s in the bedrooms but I honestly didn’t miss it. We didn’t need much but my text questions were responded very quickly. I would definitely stay at this property or another KaSa in the future.

2nd update: someone has reached out to ammend the situation and I am able to switch the dates of my stay. I appreciate the prompt response and accommodation. Update/edit: the owner's response seems to suggest that 3rd parties are stricter with their cancelation policies and that, therefore, they can't do anything to appease the situation. However, I booked directly through the Kasa site. booked this hotel near downtown due to a deposition. The deposition was canceled 2 days before, so I tried to cancel the hotel reservation. It was outside of the cancelation deadline, which I understand, but they wouldn't accept moving the dates or a credit voucher. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The place was immaculate and perfect for two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, with the kitchen/living room in the middle of the apartment. This is a great spot if you’re wanting to walk to Coors Field (ten minute walk across the bridge). We felt very safe walking this way and had no issues day or night. There is construction going on across the road (more condos probably), but that didn’t bother us as our condo faced the pool. The pool area was beautiful as well. We would gladly stay again!

Great property! Only (just slightly) negative thing is the television inside the property is very, very small…looks funny in such an open and spacious apartment! Besides that, loved staying here. Pool was great!

Liked having an entire condo

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa Rino. The room was nice, clean, spacious and convenient. We’d definitely stay there again.
