We enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The added parking option was great! It was a 15-30 minute walk to most restaurants we wanted to go to, but we enjoy walking. I would recommend Kasa if you are interested in being in the ballpark/RiNo area.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I travel to Denver a couple times a year and this is by far the worst people I’ve dealt with in my life! A friend of mine smoked a cigarette on the balcony. Not inside the unit. Outside on the balcony. They immediately sent me an ugly text message saying there is no smoking on the property. So my friend did not smoke on the property again. Then we put on a Bluetooth speaker at a very low volume level and they kicked us out of the building and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. I would never stay at this place if you’re reading this. They caused me to have severe anxiety attacks and I couldn’t sleep. Do yourself a favor and find a place that won’t try and kick you out for absolutely no reason at all. This is the first time in my life I’ve been treated this way. Very unprofessional and rude!

Property was amazing. There was construction taking place across the street but did not affect our stay. The only issue was with a resident at the pool who threathened to physically remove my kids from the pool. The employees at the leasing office heard the residents side of the story and ours. Nothing was done and I continued to receive calls from Kasa and one of those was a complaint 3 days after the incident that our kids were not accompanied by an adult at the pool. This is a false report because I personally was at the pool with them. The way the resident treated my kids and then reacted to us (adults) was uncalled for. If you are staying at this property with kids make sure they are accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES!

The property was clean and had everything you need from coffee, tea, toiletries, cooking utensils, salt pepper, a water kettel and even laundry detergent. The only complaint is the check in process and we stayed in unit two zero onr and the tenat above us seemed to make it a point to stomp extremly loud all 4 days. We also booked unit two seventeen which was cleanish but could have used a better wipe down of some areas. The pool was nice and the pool towels available in the unit was nice extra.

The room was definitely a vibe. Our family really enjoyed it.

Fantastic apartment, clean, new, comfortable, had every amenity I could want, beautifully laid out, spacious, lovely.

Pros: + Large Rooms + Easy communication with remote staff + Secure Cons: - Room wasn't clean. There was significant hair over the bathtub and on cabinets, scuff marks on walls, broken doorstop, and stains on furniture. - The walls are paper thin. I could hear the upstairs residents walking back and forth, their dog barking constantly, and the couple fighting late at night. - No staff on site. The rooms are very big, but you are taking a gamble if you're a light sleeper or value quiet and solitude.

This is a great air bnb ran by an apartment complex (I think?). Very clean! Close to RiNo. There are sidewalks to walk to the main drag but there are a lot of homeless folks so it’s not something I would do at night. Really easy to access. Right by a train track and it is so loud at times. No horns or whistles, it’s like a screeching? It was rough

Great stay! What a great stay! This was my first time staying at a Kasa property and it was fantastic. The amenities were handy and the off street parking was a godsend and well worth the additional cost. My initial reaction to the check in instructions was very negative. 30 minutes prior to check in for reviewing VERY detailed instructions and/or watching a video can be very frustrating when you've just driven 4 hours or been on a flight. The first impression was quickly dismissed when I saw the accommodations. The paper towels were grubby - the top of the roll had soiled fingerprints - not as inviting as you'd like. The bed was firm and the towels were soft. The windows need black out curtains or window treatments. No one wants to get up too early on vacation.

It was a decent stay. Good location. We were about a 7 minute Uber drive from downtown Denver and Union Station. Pool was a good place to hang out and relax. My only 2 complaints was that I wasn't able to play movies or music as loud as I wanted to because of the noise sensors and the air conditioning wasn't blowing like it was the first night we were there. I stayed there 5 nights and on the 3rd night, the AC stopped working as good as it did. We had it set on 68°F but the thermostat was reading 76°F and you can tell it was getting hot. Our only saving grace was the ceiling fans. They blow really well and made it tolerable.

The quality of linens should be improved. They tore in the middle from general sleeping.

As a hotel room, it was fine. No complaints. But what was terrible was the entire check in experience, the parking location, lack of proper signs directing where to go. Keypad code didn’t work, a random resident had to let us in. Not happy.

We loved the room perfect for a large family. It was a bit noisy from the trains but didn't bother us. I could see how if you were a light sleeper it could effect you.

Up and coming area with lots of construction in area. Nice pool! Walkable area, close to Coors field, and Denver’s LoDo & RiNo districts.

You get a big apartment for a reasonable price in an ok location. The major drawback is that the entire service is intended to be automated and there are still some major kinks to work out. This is the second time we've booked to stay here and I don't think we'll bother to do it again. The check-in process both times was extremely time consuming and tedious. We booked with points form our credit card and apparently certain key bits of information don't get shared with Kasa with this type of booking. Both times we did not receive any check-in instructions at all. Finally after searching the internet for 20 minutes to find the right contact number we were told they aren't able to send them because Chase doesn't share our email address to them when they book. So the process is literally to book, not get check-in instructions, show up to the property to discover there is nobody at all there to assist you, hunt down a phone number online and once we were able to speak with someone they said it could be up to an hour before the instructions get sent! I sat in the car in the parking lot for 30 minutes with our family of 4 while everyone was hungry and tired. For some reason I was dumb enough to book a second time (it is a big apartment after all) assuming the process would go smoother now that we were familiar with it. Nope, exact same hassle as the first time. No check-in instructions, had to call, etc. At least this time I knew the number to call. The trip ended with the entire building being evacuated because the fire alarm was going off. Our kids woke up in their pajamas and we all left the building. I conducted my work meeting that morning from the gas station down the road. I received multiple messages from Kasa during my meeting saying they detected loud noises from my room (it was the fire alarm) and that they would terminate my stay if it continued. We later asked for a late check-out as all of our belongings were in the building after we had to vacate because of the alarm and we were told we could do this for an extra fee! We left vowing to never return again. The reason I left 2 stars is because it is a rather large nice apartment assuming you can get into it and don't get kicked out of it early.

Great location, walkable to downtown scene and Coors Field. Very clean and had all amenities needed. Price was very reasonable for the area. Would definitely stay again.

Property is excellent and is brand new. There is construction occurring everywhere around the property at the time we stayed. There were also vagrants roaming around at all hours, just be alert if you have to park on the street.

Spacious living space with plenty of room for the family. Likes: The property is very modern. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout. There is the south platte river trail in view. Felt more homey than staying in a hotel. Dislikes: The view is not the best, mostly gravel lot, I25 and train yard.

The building and apartment is perfect in nature with all the amenities one would need. Extremely secure and well manicured. The neighborhood itself is clearly transitioning and there were several encampments on the walking/biking trail near the building. Parking is not abundant and you need to be mindful of a longer walk to the building.

Could walk to Coors field. Walkable to the rail line that runs to/from the airport. Stayed one night to go to a ballgame. It was great.

It was a nice self check in place that was definitely originally apartments or are going to get turned into apartments once the construction around the area is done

Check in and check out was very convenient, was able to check in early and out later no added fee.

Amazing stay, would 110% stay here again Likes: Everything! The place is spacious, clean with modern fittings. Full spec kitchen and beautifully spacious ensuite bathrooms for both rooms. Check-in was super easy and the host is really communicative. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again Dislikes: Nothing it all, it was great!

Place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable stay and i would recommend it.

My stay was mixed feelings, cause every time I came back to my place I had always park in the street far away & at night, unsafe too, but the place had descent beds for comfort, but other motel stays had better beds, & the tv was tiny, so didn’t have any downtime entertainment, disappointed on that one, but the restrooms were really nice & the kitchen too, but in they end, better parking & bigger tv, & comfy beds would of made that place I stayed in a long time, but came up short

The early check-in was amazing, thank you for helping me out with that. Virtual Front Desk and Check-In Instructions were a breeze to follow. It was a quick 1 night stay so I didn't get a chance to utilize the many amenities this property offers, but look forward to returning!

Once inside it, it was ok. Beds were super comfortable. The property was dirty due to nearby construction. The pool was empty and full of dirt due to construction area. Carpets had stains. Parking was not available so we had to search for street parking. That was stressful

lovely place, but a little strange with the noise monitoring. Likes: clean, modern Dislikes: noise sensor said I was making noise when I wasn't even there. got this info via text. I had no idea there were noise sensors monitoring my room.

Loved the hotel, nice and spacious. Very modern and clean. Only downside was parking in the dirt. Hopefully they'll pave that area for a better parking lot. But we loved it, and would love to stay again.

Other than lack of good parking, the homeless community and being near a noisy train track, this was a nice clean place to stay.
