Great place to stay, lots of street parking. Location is great, minimal construction sound. The carpets do smell like pets in the hallway.

The place was more than what we expected, clean and spacious. I loved the contemporary style and art display. They only thing was that we didn't granted a parking spot that was said available online. Luckily, we found a street parking.

We had an enjoyable stay at Kasa Rino! They allowed us an early check in and they were so very responsive! We had messaged them asking about the coffee pot in which they stated it was a normal drip coffee maker so we bought ground coffee just to find out it was a Keurig. They did provide about 6-8 K cups but that same evening, someone personally delivered a coffee pot! Excellent customer service!! Beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean! The complex is right next to the train tracks but honestly we hardly ever hear anything - and our room even came equipped with a sound machine (we didn’t need to use) - the ceiling fan was perfect! The door access was a bit confusing at first (we watched the check in video twice which helped) and after the first day had both codes memorized which helped. It is in an area that is probably 8ish blocks from any bar/restaurant/gas station but pretty easy to navigate and always felt safe even at night. Half of our group walked with ease and the rest of us utilized motorized scooters which were always in the vicinity so that was a win! Pool wasn’t yet open but looked like a really nice outdoor area with a firepit. Overall it was a great stay, would recommend to all and we would definitely stay again!

Family Trip to Denver Great place in a great location! They even set up a lack and play and high chair for our two year old. Super clean place and we felt very safe. Parking was convenient as well. We look forward to staying at a other Kasa very soon. Can't say enough great things about it.

Don't waste your money Likes: Instructions on where to go and how to check in are not clear. Dislikes: The location, the bed was horrible, parking was ridiculous and it said things were closer than they were. As a crow flies, yes it is very close to RiNo but it's a 10 minute Uber ride and it's not walkable.

We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment. Location poor. Parking poor.

Thanks for the coffee!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at a property hosted by Kasa and I must say, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and continued support throughout my stay. I was so pleased with my initial experience that I decided to extend my stay, a true testament to the quality of service provided by Kasa. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a great host and comfortable place to stay. Thank you, Kasa, for your exceptional hospitality and for making my stay truly enjoyable!

Top notch

Great place close to the downtown!

It was great! The place was great for a guys trip of 4 guys. We enjoyed privacy in the unit, everything was clean and new. Quiet location as well. A bit of a walk to things would be my only complaint, but it’s a relatively short walk or a quick Uber.

No guidebook explaining hotel amenities or local locations of resturants and shopping. Not very walkable to locations. We needed a car yet there was no parking. Street parking was limited due to construction trucks taking up spaces. Ran out of toliet paper and there was no extra in room. Badges are not used to scan in and out of building, which makes it cumbersome to punch to enter inside and for elevators and for door.

Kasa was conveniently near lots of restaurants and the downtown area. The amenities were accurately described. Also, the bedroom/kitchen/living area were very clean.

Everything was automated and we kept getting noise complaints during normal hours

You pay $18 a day in advance for parking and they oversell their spots so there is literally NO WHERE to park. We had to park on the street. The check in process is a joke. The rooms have weird drip stains on the walls and they are too cheap to put another TV in the bedroom. Not worth the money at all.

The property itself was great. It was very secure, requiring passcodes to enter the building and each floor. The unit is very clean and well kept. There is some noise from the nearby railway, but not too bad. It wasn't too bothersome and the unit is provided with a noise machine for sleeping. It was quiet, and peaceful. The only concern was the initial arrival and figuring out where to park initially and how to enter the building. There is a video provided, but it isn't provided until about an hour prior to check-in.

We loved our stay here. Communication is awesome. Highly recommend Kasa RiNo Denver. Some road construction at the time of our stay and we were even sent updated driving instructions prior to our arrival. The apartment itself modern, clean, well equiped and really good beds!. Easy to see this is a very Well managed facility! Thx.

This place was so close to a lot of great places and overall such a cute place to stay!

Everything was really excellent and cozy, as described. Great value for money. Perhaps the wifi could be improved. It was quite weak and sometimes service broke.

Not an easy place to stay. Noisy In my opinion this is not a good idea. Parking to check in is a mess. Everyone is double parked making access to the property a nightmare. No one is around to handle noise complaints so good luck getting your neighbors to quiet down at night. The hall way stunk like dog food the whole time. No one to talk to to fix that. They advertise a low rate and then stick everything else as add ons. In my opinion and my experience from staying here. Skip this place.

The place is perfect! Hopefully I’ll stay again!

NEXT TO A HOMELESS CAMP AND WORSE A HUGE FRIEGHT TRAIN DEPOT, ALL DAY AND WORSE ALL NIGHT LITERALLY THE LOUDEST ENGINES AND SQUEALING TRAINS, WORST NIGHTS SLEEP FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. Inside was modern and clean, shame the nice new apt could nowhere outweigh the outside sketchy area and insanely loud trains less than 50 yards away. Stay someplace else if you plan to sleep and want to feel safe. Also check in is all remote and requires facial recognitionscans, all TOO much for what was fine print when booking what I thought was a typical hotel.

Loved everything about this apartment. Very clean, lovely decor and in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and close to soooo much fun stuff to do! Hoping to stay here on our next trip to Denver! Thanks Jack for the lovely welcome basket of goodies.

Our space was everything we expected and more. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. Best part was our daughter was in the other building. It would be nice to have a coffee shop or a couple of restaurants in the area. Looks like more development, so maybe in the future. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent experience. Top notch place. Has everything we needed and price was comparable to hotel !!

Comfy stay Very comfortable stay in well appointed apartment with excellent facilities. Overall stay was great. The area is still being built up so there’s a lot of construction and lacked some infrastructure like cafes and coffee shops in the immediate area but this will happen eventually.

Really great stay here. The apartment itself was great. Really nice touches like providing coffee and creamers. The area is getting there but the infrastructure in the immediate surrounds is not quite there yet. Lots of construction and there are a couple of really good bars and restaurants within 10 min walk but no nearby cafes or coffee shops (yet). Other than that, an excellent and comfortable option.

Exelente

Worth the 20hr drive to get there Perfect walking distance to downtown, full kitchen was a nice addition for the nights we didn't want to eat out, room was very clean, felt like being at home. Nothing but positive things to say about our experience and will definitely stay again on our next colorado trip.

Awesome place, would definitely stay again! Thanks again!

Kasa rINo and Union Station are phenomenal! Clean units with great furnishings, friendly staff, amazing customer service plus so much more. Even on the corporate side Christian P., Jack S., Dylan J., Anica T., Syller C. - they have been extremely helpful; the reservation was for 30+ days and we were offered the opportunity to look into corporate rates, they made a last minute accommodation on our behalf for a personal request, and truly provided a stellar experience - we HIGHLY recommend Kasa!

Construction all around the hotel, no front desk, code to access is late and hard to get into, can’t handle packages from Amazon, noisy neighbours, you can hear all the footsteps. Pending early access but never approved so I couldn’t get in til 4pm
