Great stay

Such a great place to stay with the family ! Clean and well put together. Would stay again !

Super safe, beautiful apartment!!

Incorrectly Charged Fees Enjoyed the stay but was charged $250 fee for smoking in the unit. I did not smoke in the unit at all. I tried to dispute this but they said the decision was final. I would not stay here or recommend anyone stay here after that experience.

We had a great stay in RiNo at Kasa. Convenient location to restaurants and activities in the area. The directions to access the apartment were very detailed.

Another great stay at Kasa RiNo! Quick overnight in a 2BR, but everything was perfect when we arrived. Street parking was easy to find this time and the unit was extremely spacious for the three of us. Internet/TV all worked great and the internet was nice and fast too. Looking forward to our next stay!

Kasa RiNo Denver Spacious Escape Extremely spacious 2BR apartment for our overnight stay! Parking was easy to find on the street because we didn't pay, access to the unit was really easy with the text they send you with all your codes and relevant info. We were able to find our unit in a breeze and were impressed with the size and amenities! Stopped over at the amenity space and the gym, common area, co-work space, and outdoor space in the main building on the 3rd floor was amazing. The unit had a full washer/dryer, full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms had a king and two twins, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also had a decent sized balcony that overlooked the pool (pool was closed for the winter). Internet was fast and the TV worked well with our streaming services. Would definitely stay again! With the size of the two bed unit, I think I would like to see how spacious the Studios or 1 beds are. Great stay, highly recommend for a relaxing stay in the thick of it, but with space to spread out in.

A great place in a location downtown ! Easy check in process and access to the building with very clear instructions from the host ! Will definitely be staying here again!

The parking situation definitely sucked. Everything else was great. Please check your washing machine, the pod does not dissolve the way in the detergent compartment. Thank you for everything.

Thank you for a very clean well looked After unit, it felt very homely. The beds were very comfortable and the washing machine is great. We have never seen snow but we woke up at 4am and it was snowing. It looked so beautiful with all the lights outside. Thank you!

this was a super easy way to stay in an apartment setting so you have access to kitchen utensils and such. the place was really clean and organized. the instructions were slightly confusing at first but once we figured it out it was no problem at all.

Home away from home. Spacious and clean, and loved that there was extra cleaning supplies. Could do without the extra parking charge but other than that loved the place

Better than a Marriot Condo This place is amazing! Price was great, immaculate, sound proof, convenient to downtown. Secure, all digital, parking pass a must and worth it, Would absolutely stay here again and again. Loved this place. Stayed at many high end condos and this place is tops.

Unit is nice and the king size bed was very comfortable but was disappointed that the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen countertops and cooktops were not clean. Rooms are good sized and there are large closets but not a single dresser to store clothing in the entire unit. There is only one TV in the entire unit which we found surprising considering it had 2 seperate bedrooms and a living room. We made do. Parking is an absolute disaster with none available near the unit the entire time we stayed. So you are forced to park down by the river on large gravel/rocks and walk. There was also tons of police monitoring the area (not sure if thats good or bad) but came home one night to over 10 police vehicles hearding up homeless individuals (lots of commotion). The garage doors are extreamly loud every time they open and close and you can constantly hear the train sounds going off all day/night. This unit had both likes and dislikes but is a bit pricey for the overall experience.

Your Kasa away from home Due to the ongoing construction in the area being outdoors is challenging. However, once inside, the unit was quiet and pristine. Entry into the building is by keypad. Once inside taking the elevator to the unit was a breeze. Elevator entry after five requires a code which was an appreciated extra security feature. Definitely pay for the parking as parking in this area is not the best. Our stay was a combination of business and pleasure, the location was perfect for our downtown Denver meetings and provided easy access to the interstate allowing us to make our other meetings. Just ditch the hotels and give Kasa a try.

Great location, lots of light, good space for hosting, walkable to restaurants and entertainment, and good extras like a gym. My only suggestion is more kitchen supplies.

The place was clean and we enjoyed the location. It was very close to downtown and easy freeway access. I was worried about parking on the street but it turned out to be just fine. The railroad tracks are near but noise wasn't a problem. In fact I enjoyed watching the trains and the view of the river from the property. The property also came with a access to a nice gym and cool common spaces. The property manager was communicative and things went smoothly. I'd stay again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic property and tremendous value. The only issue is that there is very little in the area, with respect to restaurants, coffee, groceries, etc.

I didnt like that there is no parking we had to park on the streets and there are homeless people one block away.

I really enjoyed staying at Rino. I liked the friendly atmosphere (loved the music in the corridors!), cleanliness and confort of the apartment.

깨끗하고 넓은 아파트 독립된 공간으로 분리된 방이 2개로 3, 4명이 이용하기 좋고 2023년에 준공된 아파트라 시설이 매우 깨끗하고 수영장, 헬스장, 야외 바베큐 등 편의시설이 좋음. 덴버 중심가와 매우 가까워 고속도로 이용없이 접근이 가능함.

Will Never Book Another Kasa Property This was the most ridiculous check in process we have ever encountered. Upload photos of your I.D. - front and back. Then center your face in a facial recognition program that was a nightmare to use. We didn’t learn this until after the no refunds booking was made. We wanted to go to a hotel not have our identity checked and rechecked electronically from some owner company in California. Then there is a 5-6 step process with separate web pages to get entrance code, parking info, etc. None of which you can access until 30 minutes before check in time. Extremely inconvenient for out of town guests with appointments. If you have slow cell service forget it. Parking is on the street, not on the property - good thing downtown Denver has zero crime - NOT. The unit was nice but nice enough to ever entice us to return to any Kasa property.

This was our first Kasa experience and it was absolute perfection for what we needed! We came to the city to get a feel - as we are relocating here in the New Year. We needed a place that "tested" what it felt like to be at home in Denver, and Kasa RiNo was fantastic. Seamless check in, AMAZING two bedroom unit (which was key, as we both had to work remote and were able to craft two separated offices). I was so surprised by all the goods stocked in the room --- coffee, creamer, all needed soaps, shower products, extra TP, laundry detergent.... we literally had all we needed to function like at home. The mattress deserves it's own special mention... we actually asked for the brand name at checkout. Through and through, the unit itself and the service provided was above what we hoped for. Will 100% be booking Kasa again and are excited to try the Union Station location. 4 stars because of the location, only. Interior = 5 stars. The RiNo area is AMAZING and easily accessible to downtown, but the actual AMLI property this Kasa is in is very close to a major construction site right now (even that was quiet for the most part), as well as a few large missions and shelters, which caused the exterior area to feel a little unsafe. There was also no parking provided at this property, which was easily worked around with street parking, but it would have been that much better. I think all those things will ease in time, so all in all, don't hesitate if this is the perfect fit for you location, budget, and otherwise. It was amazing.
