My stay here was perfect and they had a very reasonable rate for the 2 nights I stayed in Oct of 2023. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me which way great due to having an early flight. Excuse any mess in the pictures.
The building is new and modern, and the grounds were immaculate. My room was spotless and had everything you expect for a hotel stay. Soaps/shampoos, and spare linens and towels. There was a nice full kitchen and fridge that I didn't use.
I reserved my room online through the Kasa website, and all communication was automated and done through a web browser and text messaging. Information was delivered timely and instructions were very clear. There are numbers you can call and text for support, but I personally had no issues and didn't need to use them. It's not too complicated, but don't expect to find a front desk or employee in the building if you run into problems.
If you can order a pizza with a phone app, you will probably have no issues. But I probably wouldn't trust my grandmother to figure it out.
If I ever get another chance, I would definitely consider staying here again. My experience was honestly everything promised and more. I'd definitely recommend this place.
