Great Location in Denver. Loved the complex, workout room etc. Everything was very clean. Bed was too firm - but got used to it the second and third night. We would definitely stay here again.

A quaint place to stay near downtown.

I had an amazing experience at The Kasa RiNo in Denver. Nestled within the vibrant River North neighborhood, this modern gem offers an exceptional stay. The convenience of a self check-in at 4pm and 24/7 guest support made the arrival process seamless. The Virtual Front Desk via mobile device was a game-changer, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. One of my favorite aspects of The Kasa was the exclusive self-contained setup. Enjoying an entire apartment to myself, complete with a washer and dryer, truly elevated the comfort level. The modern amenities, including a resort-style pool, rooftop deck with grilling stations, and a well-equipped fitness center, added an extra layer of luxury. It's worth mentioning that The Kasa RiNo is a new apartment building, which further enhances the overall experience. However, I did notice a minor hiccup in the form of limited coffee pods available. While it was a minor inconvenience, it would have been nice to have enough for a longer stay. Similarly, a slightly more generous supply of snacks would be appreciated given the price point, though the spacious apartment compensates for this. Regarding the location, it's important to note that The Kasa RiNo is situated near a food pantry, which has attracted a homeless presence down the street. While this is reflective of the broader urban landscape, it didn't significantly impact my stay or overall impression of the place. In summary, The Kasa RiNo in Denver offers a top-notch experience with its tech-enabled apartments, convenient amenities, and the ease of Virtual Check-in & Out. While there are a few minor areas for improvement, they pale in comparison to the overall comfort and luxury provided by this new apartment building.

Property itself is nice, modern, new. It’s an AMLI apartment complex on the far side of Rino. Not walkable at night. Not super walkable in the day. Surrounded by all other AMLI condos and large areas of homeless camps. Bathroom was gross - crap and vomit on toilet, bathtub, shower. Hair and blood on the bathroom vanity. Old food stuck to stovetop. Reached out minutes after arriving to get house keeping in to clean. They responded quickly but no one showed up until the next day and they entered my room without knocking or any notice. Recleaned the bathroom but still found more vomit after they left. Stay at Sentral Union Station - same concept but cleaner, nicer, more convenient and competent staff on premises.

In the slums , very rough area . Parking was like being on a construction site, very rough and rocky. The building itself was ok but the access to the building was an absolute pain. Very bland rooms with unbearable train noise at night. Management was a little harsh in there approach and messages about partying. We had a large group staying. We received a message about partying, all while the pool was filled with huge groups and they were letting friends in the back gate. This is not a location I will ever stay at again. The security on the building is so obnoxious. Key pass to get in the building. 10 ft later another key pass to get in the elevator all with your hands full. Keypads on the doors were hard to use the pin # on. We had friends stay on the opposite end of our suite , there room was facing the railroad tracks and the noise was horrible at night. Several said they couldn't stand it.

Good. No shops or anything close to the location. 7-11 is 10 minute walk.

Excellent apt Clean and airy

A decent place to sleep at a reasonable price (for Denver) Likes: The apartment was very roomy and well equiped with washing maching, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Excellent shower. For Denver, the accommodation offered good value for money - especially if you only require a place to sleep. Dislikes: The location was in an area currently under development (slightly industrial feel) and as such it did not yet have much to offer in the way of restaurants, markets, etc. - it was a comfortable 15-20 minute walk into downtown for breakfast. It was not possible to make the bedroom completely dark because the blinds were not fully opaque. The layout was a little unusual in that the bathroom was between the bedroom and the walk-in robe; this wouldn't be an issue for a single person but it can pose some logistic challenges when there are two of you. The fitness centre did not offer an upper body weights machine, there were free weights, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, and elliptical/stair climbing machines. Exercise pads were maybe 5 mm thick and did not provide sufficient cushion from the floor for sit-ups.

I’ve contacted the property to inform them that we were having troubles and delays on the road. Never received an answer from the property until few hours before arriving there. We arrived at 6.30 am and at 11 a.m. sharp, there was the property manager, trying to open and knocking at the appartement’s door… saying that weekend would have to leave immediatly… (like if weekend were not paying a full night/day rate, just to stay there 4.30h). Terrible costumer service. Huge lack of understanding and human empathy.

We had such a lovely visit! Close proximity to Union Station, restaurants, Coors stadium, and many other places. Would most definitely coming back!

Perfect stay for anyone traveling to Denver Comfortable and clean stay! The location was perfect and walkable to Coors Field and all the restaurants, bars, and shopping near by. The property itself was well maintained and had a seamless check in experience! Would recommend to anyone staying in Denver or closeby.

Alles OK, für Einzelreisende zu teuer für Zweiergruppen ideal. Likes: Die Frage nach dem Frühstück verstehe ich nicht. Gab es Frühstück? Wo? Die Türaktivierung ist supersensitiv. Es hat nicht sofort geklappt. Man darf nur kurz und leicht tippen. Die im Raum hängende Karte zum Öffnen der Gebäudeeingangstür hat bei mir nicht funktioniert. Ich musste eintippen. Die Mitarbeiterin des Betriebes gegenüber, eine Frau aus Fleisch und Blut, war sehr hilfreich. Ohne sie hätte ich den Zugang noch schwerer gefunden. Dislikes: Dass der elektronische Schreibtisch keine Informationen über die Umgebung bereitgestellt hatte. Es fehlte: Informationen über Bushaltestellen, Informationen über den RiNo-Brauereien-District. Leider gab es keine Informationen. Das Haus ist hellhörig. Wenn die Menschen über Dir nachts um eins bis zwei hin und herlaufen und die Waschmaschine anstellen, hörst du das. Ansonsten: Alles OK.

Wonderful place to stay in central Denver. Close to restaurants, loads of space, high level of accommodation, safe and great value for money. I will be staying there again.

5 Star place to stay Great apartment style rooms with modern finishes. Seems like the building is new construction. Walking distance from Coors field and a very short drive from a number of restaurants, bars, and breweries. Will definitely stay here again!

Quick and convenient stay for work. Kasa has everything you need while working on the go.

Not worth what we paid - location was terrible although the building / room itself was nice and customer service was good. Was right in the middle of construction and homeless area. There was also no spa.

Property was excellent. The directions for the technology to get into and out of property was not very clear particularly leaving the garage after checkout. Never found the lockbox to drop off the garage tags and latch key.

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a home. I have been in many different Kasa units in a few different states. They always deliver. Clean 2 bed, 2 bath unit near Rockies stadium for the Taylor Seift weekend. The service person retrieved a necklace from the drain. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our Denver adventure. Just look for the Rhino!

This is an virtual hotel in the middle of an apparent building. There are no humans who work for Kasa who work on site. It took us an hour to check in because the app was so poorly created it couldn't read IDs. So your standing awkwardly in an elevator room trying to get in and the phone number to customer service is a digit short. The room is super sunny and with bright overhead lights so the glare makes it hard for the app to read an ID. There are no refunds if you can't check in due to their app issues. Customer service is what you would expect from a company that cuts corners by not having a human capable of helping on site. For 300 dollars a night there are better places to stay in Denver that have cocktail hours and real front desks.

We could not find bath towels. They were located in a closet in the bedroom. We were told we had to pay to park our car and then we were told after the fact that parking was included. Sad to see this property is all email based. You have to contact San Francisco to get anything done.l

Very nice Very clean and quiet. New building. The area around the building is being built up so we had to Uber most places rather than walk. It’s close to the baseball field and only a couple of minute drive to most places in the city.

Great venue for a stay near Denver downtown. Easy access to the highway and the major arenas and Coors Field. Plus, great restaurant options nearby. The room and property were perfect for our quick visit. I felt safe and secure, despite this being in an area of construction and neighborhood transition.

Very nice place to stay. Only complaint is the loudness of the train through the night.

RINO Neighborhood of Denver was an amazing location. Property was brand new.. crawling with hot people (young men). I will stay here again.
