We loved our stay at Kasa River North in Chicago! Everything was perfectly cleaned, virtual checkin was smooth and convenient, and the views were beautiful! If you’re looking for a hotel in the river north area, this is perfect!

Great stay - clean, as described, nice amenities, great value for price

This is a super dope rental. We were lucky to have a southeast unit facing the Chicago brown line stop with spectacular views of downtown and walkable to lots of restaurants and sights. We moved from Chicago 2 years ago, so it was nice to sit and watch the city throughout the day. A nice perk is the Zipcar station in the building, but I had a lot of trouble getting into the garage when I returned and to get into the building again. Building security took quite a while to open the garage door, and then they never came to let me back in, so I had to walk around the entire block to the main entrance. Thank God the rain stopped by then. This is a fantastic rental and Kasa was responsive up until we checked in. They weren't responsive in the few attempts I had to ask questions once we got in and were ready to check out, but overall, they were friendly. We cleaned up as much as possible so they wouldn't have a reason to charge us since they didn't answer me. 10/10 would return!

Great location, clean space, good stay for a conference! The highlights are the rooftop gym (two floors!), pool, and hangout spots with fireplaces and grills. Would recommend. Just keep in mind that the water pressure in our shower was low, but useable. I don’t know if this was just our place or all units.

Great location - loved having a coffee shop, brunch restaurant, arcade bar, and bike rentals right at the doorstep. Very clean and modern apartment, had all the basic kitchen necessities. It would have been awesome if there were extra blankets and the bathroom was stocked with q-tips, cotton balls, lotion, etc. The building is very quiet, no neighborly noise/distractions from other units. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in/near downtown Chicago.

This place is beautiful! The view is very much "Chicago", the amenities are amazing, and something about having an in unit washer and dryer is just that little extra that you can't get at most places! Also being near downtown is great and everything is walking distance! 10/10 would stay again.

Très bien situé pour découvrir la ville Likes: idéalement situé, à 2 min du métro et 20min à pied des principaux sites d’intérêt du Loop Appartement de belle taille avec grandes baies vitrées avec vue sur la Willis Tower Café,thé, produits de toilette à discrétion. Dislikes: pas rideaux occultants dans les chambres, difficile de dormir si on est sensible à la luminosité à cela s’ajoute le bruit du métro il manque des verres à vin.

Great stay! Great location, large room with high ceilings and nice view of the city. Comfortable bed, really convenient to have kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Lots of storage space and easy check-in.

The apartment was clean and very modern. It had all of the appliances one might need. The view of the sunset was spectacular. The location close to transit was very convenient. My only complaints are that the memory foam mattress was hot and the shower pressure was not very strong. I loved my stay and would return happily.

Loved the apartment we stayed in. Clean and stylish, plenty of storage for unpacking, well equipped with everything we needed and the location was excellent. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The distribution of the apartment is very good we had "the king bedroom" on the 7th floor. The staff is attentive. We are close to "Chicago Brown" by subway which is convenient for visiting Chicago. Shops nearby and a great egg harbor café at the corner of the street for top brunches. Nothing to regret. I recommend because booking is easy and the staff is responsive to any questions. The photos are correct and realistic. The common areas are even better. La distribution de l'appartement est très bien nous avions "la chambre roi" au 7eme étage. Le personnel est attentif. Nous somme près de "Chicago Brown" en métro ce qui est pratique pour visiter chicago. Commerces à proximité et un super café le egg harbour au coin de l arue pour des brunchs top. Rien à regretter. Je recommande car la réservation est facile et le staff réactif pour toute question. Les photos sont conformes et réalistes. Les espaces communs sont même encore mieux.

Great spot. Exactly like the description and 10/10 location. Super nice coffee shop as well as a breakfast spot in the building itself which makes it convenient. 15 minute walk to most places. Would stay here again and highly recommend

This stay was awesome! the view of the city was crazy beautiful 😍 It's really close to the CTA lines, and there is a ton of stuff in walking distance, like the MCA, and the navy pier.

This was such a beautiful short-term stay and I will definitely recommend to others! The electronic entrance was so cool and easy! The views were incredible and the prime location allowed us to explore so much of Chicago!!! I LOVED IT!!!!

This place was great for a family of 4 to stay. Only suggestions I have for the owners is to give more plates in the kitchen and that there is a rattle while the fan runs in the bedroom. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal because there were only about 6 plates given. Other than that, place was clean and neighborhood felt safe. Great place!

I loved my experience! This was the perfect space for me to stay while attending a conference in Chicago. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and overall very a great room with cool views of downtown. I will definitely plan to stay here my next time in Chicago.

The place was really well equipped and centrally located. Many great restaurants and activities close by. A little pricey when considering the monthly rent is $1,800, but better value than a hotel downtown. Also, would have been great to have indoor attached parking instead of braving the cold Chicago weather.

Gorgeous appartment, had amenities of a hotel but benefit of being a full appartment. Will stay here every time we’re in Chicago if it’s available!

Girls trip was a success! The Kasa hotel was PERFECT! Great location, pretty much in the middle of everything! Big enough space for us all to sleep very comfortable and also super clean! Front desk staff were always so nice and welcoming!
